The Villa is exceptional incredibly spacious both inside and out. Plenty of seating in 2 large common areas, including the kitchen and multiple dining areas. Ample lounges at pool and on roof deck. The pool was the perfect temperature. The network and cable access was top notch. Our host was very responsive and resourceful giving us lots of great tips on where to shop and how to get food and or groceries delivered. The location is premier! 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 - 15 minutes on the beachfront walk into town with scores of restaurants and "shops" along the way. Sitges is magical! Pristine beaches and what a nightlife! Only a 25 minute taxi/Uber from Barcelona. We will be back!

Great Stay

A little dated, but beyond that the Villa was very good, could have done with some A/C downstairs, however this did not spoil stay. The Villa is huge, and outside area with pool is excellent. Very close to beach, and only 10 minute walk into Sitges

Beautiful villa - perfect for a family vacation

We stayed at the beautiful Villa Tupinetti for ten days. The villa is gorgeous and very spacious. The kids loved playing in the pool and in the garden. And it was just wonderful to have the beach so close by. Our host, Barbara, took great care of us and was always ready to provide help and guidence. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Spacious House in Great location

3 families stayed here for a week. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Close walk to the beach and Sitges. The kids loved the pool! Make sure you read the fine print and extra charges in the agreement as we were stuck paying a large extra fee.

Amazing Location

Overall we spent an amazing 2 weeks in Villa Tupinetti. The Villa is perfect for a large group of people. We had few issues here and there but overall Barbara was responsive and available to help fix things which is great. Since the Villa is old (renovated but the structure plumbing and electricity are old) make sure to take your time during the check in and take pictures of anything that might look damaged. We also loved the architecture of the house and the layout is perfect for a large group. I highly recommend the place.

The good, the bad and the ugly.

Good: Nice villa, perfect location. Bad: Pool was dirty once we arrived and it took half of the stay to get it clean. Refund of the heating fee was offered as compensation, that is ok. The ugly: It's been now 23 days since we left and we haven't received our deposit back, nor the heating fee, neither did we hear anything from weekly villas since 9th of November regardless of several trials via phone, mail or whatsapp.

Thanks for booking Villa Tupinetti. Sorry for pool problem due to the high temperature in October month that Pool Company didn't manage correctly and we agreed a compensation. We will check with pool tecnical what happened as in autumn it's easier to have a pool cleaned. Easier that in summer where we didn't have had problems. Deposit have been returned. Sometimes owner complete our control and ask for more checks before returning deposit. Sorry for little delay. We are on low season and holidays of part of our team, that's why you may have some delay on response. Hope you had a nice stay in Sitges. Weekly Villas

Fantastic Stay – Beautiful Home and Incredible Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tupinetti with our group of 11. It’s spacious and comfortable, with 6 bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The A/C in each room worked great, which was a huge plus in the summer heat. The layout was nice—the upstairs was where we mostly hung out in the living room and kitchen area. The downstairs family room opens out to the pool and grill area. There’s plenty of parking inside the gated property. We had 2 cars, but could probably fit 4 with no problem. The location is great—just a short walk to the incredible beach. Walk along the beachfront and you'll find small beach shops and restaurants. A little further still and you'll get to town, where there are more stores and restaurants. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived, but they were taken care of quickly. Cristina, who checked us in, was super helpful and always easy to reach. The rest of the team, like Maria, were also responsive and kind.Overall, this was a great spot for our group. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

High expectations dissapointed

Booking with the agencies (2 agencies plus the owner), was very complex, although I speak English and Spanish fluently. The information from the owner regarding additional costs for heating turned out to be wrong: The heating was not used, however, the deposit for the heating was not returned. By the way, the house was very cold in April! The deposit for the house was not returned within 1 week as written in the contract but took a lot of persuading and 4 weeks before it was in our banking account. The electric gate entrance was broken , so the first day we had to pay for parking and luggage was stolen out of the car in front of the house. The second day we were able to open it manually, which was okay.

Hi Michal: We are a bit surprised by your review. At check.in your coment were "Villa perfect" about the villa, the day after check-in too, and on last day, our check-in manager came to check with you the villa and everything was OK. Then we have received some coments from your agency that your stay was not OK. It's important to inform us during your stay about any problem. So we can solve. It's true that Sitges is a bit a wet area, and about broken fixtures, nothing was comunicated. You have been in the pool machine area, which is not one are where you can access. Rgds. Weekly Villas

Great house

The house and location lived up to all expectations. Great house, near the beach, excellent pool, wonderful interior. Couldn't have been better. Management -rubbish. I sent over 20 emails with queries that were repeatedly ignored . Eg I wrote requesting a second highchair and cot. First email said no problem,no charge, On receiving final bill I had been charged €100 for them. I didnt know whether I was dealing with VRBO or Weekly Villas. Would never recommend either again. Go for Villa Tupinetti but through another agent.

Dear Fredrik, Thank you for choosing Villa Tupinetti for your holiday. It has been a pleasure to host you as you have been very friendly host and respectful with the villa. Unfortunately weather was not amazing on your dates, something unusual on this period, you should come back on summer to enjoy a really sunny and hot day. Its location 100 m from the beach and 800 m from the center of Sitges and the relation quality price of Villa Tupinetti make this villa one of the best villas of Sitges. Thank you for appreciating our good service with the water issue. We will take into account your comment about the hot water and we will fix it as soon as possible. We hope your stay has been pleasant, we hope to see you again in the future. Thank you, Weekly Villas

Does not get better than this

An excellent location, minutes from a very family friendly safe beach and only a15 minute walk along the promenade into Sitges. The villa itself had everything that we needed with adequate facilities for three or four families with young children. The pool and garden was a size that allowed the children to enjoy and play whilst the adults had enough sun lounges and chairs to just enjoy the experience.
