This charming country home has an open layout with beautiful views out every window! It is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway and great for family time together. Located in Cornish, Utah (27 miles NW of Logan) this home was completely renovated in 2013. Spacious kitchen/dinning room, cozy living room and a sitting room. Large bedrooms and bathrooms with beautiful tile work! It is on the acreage with the original wood barn and garage that at one time served as the town's gas and service station. Quiet country atmosphere with a beautiful, large yard and view of mountains and farm land.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

Our family stay in Cornish was great. This property was prepared better than any other place we’ve seen. With a large group, we had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The views are beautiful and the drive from Malad was breathtaking. 10/10 for me!

Great Property

On arrival we found the home very clean and ready for use. We used the home as a place to stay while attending my daughters USU Graduation. I am from Cache Valley and still have relatives in the area so we did not spend a lot of time in the home. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and got right back to us.

Country Bliss!

We had the best Thanksgiving in this peaceful country setting. The house was cozy and the grounds allowed my grand kids to run the wiggles out. We loved it!

Girls Getaway

I can't say enough how wonderful this home is! We had a sewing retreat and had the best time. The owner Julie was fantastic with communicating and a pleasure to work with. She stopped by to give us homemade jam (which was delicious!) and took the time to share the history of the property. We loved our stay, thanks Julie!

Great spot!

I wish we would of had more time to enjoy the house and property. We came up this way for a baseball tournament. It was a great central place to stay for Cache Valley tournament. It was 18 min to Smithfield. Property was clean and beautiful. And Julie was on top of everything! Thank you!

Beautiful Home

We stay here every time we come to town. Cache Valley MX is close. Julie is so friendly and communication is great. The home is always clean, comfortable beds, and the kitchen has everything you need. Including Keurig, crockpot, and blender. Landscape immaculate. Love it here!

Could not be more lovely

House is better then the pictures. From the step inside and through out our stay we enjoyed the relaxing comfort the the house provided. We were there for a family reunion which had activities in Newton, Preston and Logan so the house was centrally located for our needs. E

Beautiful home in Cornish

The home was just like the photos showed. The property manager was very easy to contact and responded immediately. The house is located in a very quiet area and away from everything but not too far. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect for young mens camp

Julie was so kind and helpful to us. She allowed our young men to set up tents on the property and the leaders slept inside. The old gas station right next to the property is an additional fee to rent, but it was a perfect place to cook all of our meals and it had a great dining area for the boys. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful remodel of an older house and every room was lovely. Very clean and well maintained! Our family stayed a total of 10 days. The kitchen was especially nice with a large island for serving and prep. The pictures of the property and barn were nice, but a bit deceiving in that the house is VERY close to the highway and there was significant and constant road noise--especially of trucks. There are also train tracks less than 1/4 mile away. The owners do provide earplugs, but it was LOUD and the house shook with the train. The upstairs rooms were spacious and comfy, but were very warm, even after turning off the heat downstairs at night. We ran out of basic paper towels, washing machine soap, foil, etc., but the owners were available to bring supplies when we asked.

Country sewing solitude

My friends and I have stayed at this location a few times and it is perfect for our needs. We enjoy undisturbed quilting time in a beautiful setting. The barn is the perfect backdrop for quilt photos and the house is well set up to give everyone plenty of space.

Knowlton’s Retreat

Another fabulous 5 days using the Station House as our lodgings for a summer handspinning retreat at nearby Notlwonk Sheep Farm just up the road in Cornish. Very convenient and comfortable and a great way unwind and to catch some summer Olympics action with the group.
