Recently renovated private one bedroom apartment on estate across street from beach with full kitchen, marble bathroom and open living room with beautiful views and outdoor shower. Located on the "Gold Coast" between Westport and Fairfield. A great getaway stocked with beach equipment, bikes and outdoor grill, quality sheets and towels, high speed Wifi, “smart” TVs. Minutes to train station, I-95, historic downtown Southport, great restaurants and world-class shopping. This is a wonderful hotel alternative!

Wonderful stay

Great location! Jeff was a great host who answered any questions and was always pleasant. The apartment was very clean and super cute. It made the perfect spot for us to stay while we attended the Soundside Music Festival. The charming downtown was two minutes away and we were within walking distance to the beach. Lovely spot.

Perfect get away

Very lovely and clean home which is very close to beach. Great Wi-Fi and TV channel selection as well as full kitchen and washer/dryer.

The place is cozy, clean, and private. It has large windows and lots of sunshine. A beautiful beach is 5 minutes away on foot. The bathroom is very nice and has a washing machine. Nice kitchen. Highly recommended.

Charming property in great location

Just as described! Spacious 1 bedroom with large kitchen. Location is great! I was there for business and the weather was snowy, so no trip to the beach. But it's right across the street

Beachside Gem!

Our 10 day stay was very comfortable, cozy and accommodating.. The beach access across the street was wonderful! The view from our dining table each day was so beautiful. Cute little cafe down the street. We had friends and family visit daily and they loved it too! Very, very happy we booked early for this gem. We’ll probably be back!

Visit Home

our stay was for personal reasons as we are born and raised in CT and have family here. We had beautiful weather, we were two minutes from the beach, and centrally located to 95 and the Merritt parkway. Everything was very close, especially the little village of Southport with Sammy's pizza and the little bakery Sono. Overall the stay was great and the cottage was wonderful. it me all our needs. Thanks to Jeff for being such a great host.

nice getaway

a lovely, well-maintained apartment that's a short walk to the beach. With lots of showy mansions in the area, this house is a pleasant contrast. Wish we'd booked a longer stay! (Our only complaint is very first world: the coffee-maker requires specific pods we couldn't find. We had to :::sob::: buy our coffee elsewhere.)

A Stay-vacation

A really lovely “shabby chic”cottage styled for easy summer living. I stayed two nights to gain easy access to the beach without going far from my home nearby. Fun idea! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, The living area is pretty with a great table and four chairs. Tv is well set up. The Kitchen is ok, no ice machine, so be prepared. My only critique would be to have that one cupboard filled with a nicer assortment of dishes and especially glassware instead of looking like it was collected from someone’s leftovers. The host, Jeff, is 100% attentive when needed!
