This single level Sea Pines home on a quiet street is U-shaped with sliders opening to the fenced deck and pool from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen and den. The spacious Brazilian Walnut deck area features an outdoor shower (with hot & cold water), pool (with underwater lighting for nighttime swimming), numerous chairs, chaise lounge, and a glass-topped umbrella table for outside dining.
Our smoke-free, pet-free home has bright, large rooms and is perfect for families and/or large groups as it has two large living areas- a living room and a separate family room. It also has a Master Bedroom Suite, 2 other large bedrooms, and a smaller 4th bedroom/nanny suite with its own full bathroom.
The house has 2 indoor eating areas- a dining room with a glass table top for 6 and an eat-in kitchen with both a table for 6 and bar stool seating for 3 at the granite counter tops. It is a short bike ride to the Sea Pines beach club.
Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of paved biking trails, Lawton Stables with a live petting zoo, public golf courses, Racquet Clubs, dining, shopping, and full operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach Marina Village with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment.

Enjoy walking or biking miles of leisure trails to the Sea Pines oceanfront Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean, or Harbour Town and its famous lighthouse overlooking the Calibogue Sound, or the Salty Dog Cafe at the South Beach Marina.

House was reasonably priced for Sea Pines during the summer and we enjoyed the stay overall, but the house was not very clean. There was a layer of dust everywhere and the dishes all appeared to be dirty (we had to wash everything). Whoever is cleaning this house should be fired.The pool deck is in severe need of repair and it sounds like the rental company has neglected to get it fixed for quite sometime.

June Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at the house. We all love the big bedrooms and the pool. Location is close to bike & walking trails which we enjoyed. And close to many HH attractions and the beaches.

Disappointed in rental condition

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the house was filthy. The carpets had not been vacuumed, there was a layer of dust over everything, and the vents were caked in grime and dust. We used a wet rag to wipe off the kitchen table and it looked like mud. The walls are covered in handprints and other markings. The floors and doorways are uneven due to house settling or poor construction. The pool was not clean when we arrived. The trash was never picked up. The owners do not appear to care about this rental.

June vacation 2022

Great house. Bigger than expected. Wish the showers were bigger. If you are a larger person you wouldn’t be able to move in the shower . Loved how spacious the house was. The pool area was awesome. My family and I really enjoyed our week stay.

If safety and cleanliness are something you value, this house is NOT for you. The house was large, it had lots of room. It does have a pool but upon arrival the pump was not running, the water was cloudy dirty and the bottom of the pool has several broken jagged places that have apparently been complained about for several months and have been called out to the host company Seashore vacation for causing nasty dangerous cuts and never repaired. The wooden decking around the pool is in terrible condition with several places that need immediate repair. The carpet is probably close to original and reflects it with heavy dust and dead insects all along it perimeter. The fiberglass shower (maybe 3X3?) in the main bedroom is original with it's finish long gone and a moldy ill fitting glass door that causes water to leak out onto the bathroom floor. Now to the terribly designed and in poor repair front entry porches, there a few different levels leading to the door with some being unlevel and with gaping holes on either end where I preceded to lose my footing, fall backwards and hit my head on the side of the house which prompted a visit to the ER. After a phone call to the vacation rental company , someone showed up to clean the pool. We were told that they trusted their cleaning company and nothing was done concerning that. I will never rent from Seashore Vacations again especially after digging through the very negative reviews about this home posted on their own website

The location is very convenient and central to everything we enjoyed such as golf, walking, biking, Harbor Town, beaches and restaurants. The home was clean and well maintained and the pool was also cleaned during our stay which was a plus.The property management company was very helpful and extremely customer service oriented.We would definitely recommend the property and would consider a return stay.

Relaxing week

The place is nice and in a good location but the hole in the floor covered by plywood was inconvenient. I understand things happen but nothing was said about it till we got there. There is nothing engineered about 5/4” pressure treated lumber that’s around the pool which was cold water. The place is nice and could use some updating it but we had a good week.

Hoping the owners will do the necessary work on this house before it gets worse

Bad to worse

Opening door met by smell like a place that had been unoccupied a while, musty. Pool very dirty.Pots and pans needed cleaning. Tub dirty. Chip crumbs bedroom. Shower door needed work. Unit needs a lot of attention. Day we were to leave, wife stepped out and onto very slick steps due to build up perhaps algae. ResultBroken leg, 3 broke ribs and fractured back.Required transfer to Savannah for surgery. So as i write, she in hospital until able travel home and i am in hotel, needing to get home, missing an eye surgery, spending unplanned money.Not a good ending.

Clean and roomy but has it's quirks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a good location and has plenty of room. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and is close to Harbor Town and other popular places. While the home is clean, it does need some TLC. There were some doors that didn't close properly and other maintenance issues related to being an older house. Also, while the kitchen had plenty of dishes, there was absolutely nothing in the way of cooking supplies, not even salt or aluminum foil. Of all the rentals I have stayed in, I have never seen a more empty pantry. I know the owners aren't necessarily obligated to provide those things, but it would have made the stay more enjoyable if there were at lease some coffee to brew on the first morning. If you are willing to put up with some quirks it's a decent place for families.

The garage is nasty and stinks. The master bath shower is full of black mold and the floor is as well. There is dip in the floor in the hall. we were afraid that it was going to fall through. We feel this review is completely unwarranted. While the home has some dated items, it has completely new floors, an updated kitchen and the deck system around the pool is engineered wood which does not have screws protruding. The bathrooms are clean and without mold although dated. Photos of the unit are true to the condition of the home. It’s a fun beach property with a pool.

Decent property, awful management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a lot of potential but the furnishings are outdated and there wasn't anything above and beyond the basics. Hairdryers would be a good thing to add. We had two issues while we were there: 1. the hot water ran out everytime we used it (even if only two people showered) 2. The dryer wasn't working. The management company addressed both of these issues and ended up replacing the dryer. Peter at Seashore vacations was helpful but the other employees of Seashore Vacations were not friendly or helpful at all. We called to ask how to get to the beach and the lady at Seashore vacations actually told us to go outside Sea Pines to the beach at Coligny, as that would be easier - crazy! We ended up finding a pedestrian walkway to the beach which was 1/2 mile from the house in Sea Pines. If I owned a property in HHI then I definitely would choose a differnt management company. While they replaced the dryer due to it's age, they didn't send a maintenance guy out first to check out the issue. Due to this, the new dryer didn't work either because the issue was that the outside vent was severely clogged, which we fixed ourselves.

This house has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a twin bed and private bath (3+ Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths total) with a private pool. It is beach oriented and perfect for 1 or 2 families to enjoy a week in Sea Pines at a reasonable price. The bedding, mattresses and deck furniture have all been replaced within the last year. We are sory that you experienced a problem with the water heater and that the dryer needed to be replaced during your stay. However, I am glad that our rental company was able to have repairman out quickly to address those issues and correct them in a timely fashion. After speaking with our rental company (Seashore Vacations). They found the bottom element on the water heater needed to be turned up. They did check out the dryer prior to calling the owner with a suggestion to replace vs spend unnecessary funds on a repair. They had one in stock and were able to replace it immediately.

There are some improvements and updates needed to the house, dusty air vents, old/damaged utensils, soft spots in flooring just to name a few. Overall, good stay. It should be noted or better promoted the home came with 4 bikes for guests use. We used our beach gear credit for bike rentals Doh!

Okayest rental experience ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is incredibly outdated and neglected in so many ways. It’s clear the owner is only interested in collecting money and investing as little as possible to improve the property. The deck is in bad shape and had screws sticking out in numerous places which isn’t the greatest feeling on bare feet. Tons of mold on windows and deck. No real grill or bbq available to be able to cook a bbq for 6-8 people. The bathrooms are straight out of the 70s. The kitchen is decent but it feels like everything in the drawers and cupboards were collected at a series of garage sales I’d rather stay in a hotel than spend this kind of money for absolute mediocrity.

Summer '24

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here for the last 3 years and absolutely love everything about the house! The layout, the amenities, the bikes that come with it! The only thing i would say about this years visit is that some work needs done to the house...there are several weak spots in the flooring, the deck around the pool has several loose boards and a fall,trip or stubbed toe is likely to happen...Also several spots in the pool that need fixed--that's likely an off season fix since it would take draining the pool i think! But nothing terrible and none of that affected our stay!
