Property was nice. Hot tub only worked 1 of our 6 days during our stay.

Great location. Wifi was only functional 2 of the 6 days we stayed. I contacted the owner about the wifi issue but nothing was resolved. The walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the unit next to us snoring at night. The pool was nice but the hot tub only worked 1 day. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are starting to show their age. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Might stay again if they can get the wifi issues resolved.

While we strive to make each and everyone of our guests' experience as wonderful as possible we are disappointed that we could not do that for you. Unfortunately, we do not control all aspects of the resort such as the hot tub maintenance and WiFi service. If you are looking for somewhere close to Silver Dollar City that is reasonably priced, this is a good place to stay. This location is literally 5 minutes from SDC and was the main reason for our trip to Branson. Travel to downtown Branson is about 20-30 minutes drive. As far as the condo goes, it was good for our needs. The kitchen allowed us to make breakfast before going to SDC and dinner in the evenings. The check in/out process was easy and the condo was clean.Our biggest issue was the A/C. We came in August when the temps got into the 90s. The room had a hard time cooling down during the day. When we would come back from SDC in the late afternoon the room was at 80-82 degrees while being set at 69. It would cool down in the evenings after the sun would go down. Also, the grills around the property are all charcoal, like the kind at city parks. We were under the impression there was a gas grill and was planning on grilling but did not have any charcoal so we had to cook in the condo. The pool and hot tub are communal and a close walk. The hot tub was closed for repairs and the pool was fine. Calling this a lake front condo is a stretch. You can only see a little bit of the lake and takes a bit of a walk to get to an inlet on the lake.Other than that we enjoyed the condo and met our needs. Would probably stay here again since it’s so close to SDC.

Great location

This condo is in a GREAT location and is priced reasonably! We had a little trouble with the door code when we first arrived but that was taken care of fairly quickly. Will stay here again

Excellent location

I would stay here again, however some things do need to be updated. There were some rotted boards out on the deck which being on the top floor is concerning especially if someone had kids. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Other than that, overall pleased with the whole condo.

Beautiful view great location

We enjoy the stay at this condo and the view was awesome from the porch we really enjoyed it. Check in and out was so easy. It is right by Silver Dollar City.

Very nice condo.

We were very pleased with this condo. Location was great and only 5 minutes from SDC. Everything was clean and well maintained. If I had to say anything a little negative it would just be that the ceiling fans could be updated, they don’t put out much air at all. Also there weren’t any washcloths in the back bathroom but that wasn’t a big deal, we found plenty in the front one. But honestly overall we will definitely consider this condo in the future.
