Waterfront Cottage in Prince Edward County - Close to Wellington and Wineries

Now with free WI-FI.This property is located down a semi-private laneway on Lake Consecon. Tranquil and scenic with both woods and lake views. This cottage offers two decks, fire pit and a large dock . TV with DVD, dishwasher, soaker tub, washer and dryer, linen for beds and bathroom towels provided. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Bright and friendly, this cozy cottage is perfect for a relaxing vacation any time of the year. No cleaning fee’s !!! For bicycle enthusiast , the County has popular routes and a shop for rentals or repairs. BBQ on deck and two kayaks , one canoe and paddles included. PFD are available and must be worn when using canoe and kayaks. A Provincial Parks Day Pass is included with the cottage.
New for 2019 is a gas fireplace in the living room to warm in front of on cooler evenings. New for the fall of 2022 is a sauna, check pictures. STA LICENSE #is ST-2021-0206

Wonderful place for a family vacation. We had two teenagers with us and they loved the cottage. I would not recommend it for a family with small kids, but for us the place was perfect: clean, cozy, great fishing and swimming, sauna and well equipped kitchen and super nice and helpful hosts

Well set up for a relaxing lake house stay! Great views of the sunset. We especially appreciated the multiple sites for relaxing with others; groups of lounging chairs on the overlook deck and around the firepit. Pairs of chaise lounges on both decks, ,long tables inside and out on the deck, so convivial! Well stocked! Sharp knives made cooking a joy. And lots of beach towels. We will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Consecon. The cottage is beautiful, modern and cozy. No roughing it here, it's very comfortable with all of the modern conveniences of a home away from home. Gorgeous view of the lake and the fire pit and sauna were wonderful bonuses. Our hosts were terrific, thoughtful and accommodating. We would definitely return for another stay!

Very comfortable. Great for bicyclists- easy to get to Millenium Trail on side roads. Loons in the lake were a great bonus. Host very responsive to emails. Sauna was a nice treat - would be even better in the summer with lake access.

Cottage location and view were fabulous. Close to wineries. Check- in was seamless. Double beds were very noisy when you rolled over but comfortable.

Wonderful family vacation

Relaxing and well-stocked with everything you need for a cottage vacation. Penny was easy to communicate with and we all loved our stay at concrest cottage! Close to sandbanks, north beach and wineries. Amazing stay!

Ideal family rental

Well equipped cottage with beautiful views in a very central location. PEC is a great family holiday area with lovely sandy beaches- national park pass included with the rental. It was a very relaxing stay with lake access from our own jetty.

Great cottage !

A beautiful, peaceful spot on the shores of Lake Consecon. The host is very welcoming and there are lots of little touches waiting for us when we arrive. It's very easy to get to the various attractions in Prince Edward County. We highly recommend this cottage!

Beautiful cottage

We loved every bit of our stay. From the personal touches to the beautiful sunsets, kayaking on a gorgeous lake and proximity to vineyards. A perfect place for a getaway. Can't say enough good things about this place!

girls weekend

We had a lovely weekend. Even though weather was less than ideal there was plenty to do and the home was cozy and comfy and location ideal. We look forward to ur next stay!

Very relaxing if you want to disconnect from day-to-day stress

Beautiful place to unwind…really enjoyed it and did not disappoint. We will certainly recommend to friends.

Lovely Cottage

Extremely clean and well equipped. Every cottage amenity worth having. Great view over the lake and amazing sunsets. Would happily stay again in future.

Perfect Vacation

Penny and John were great hosts! The views are gorgeous and the cottage was extremely well equipped. It was an easy drive to anywhere in PEC. We would gladly repeat anytime!

Awesome, charming and cozy place

No surprises comparing the photos with the real place. Really cozy with a sauna, really close to the lake, and well-conserved kayaks.

My husband and I purchased this cottage to use as a family getaway. It has served us well but our children have all started their own families and are busy throughout the summer. Now in retirement we also enjoy travel so find the cottage sits empty more than it is used. It is a lovely spot and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We love the private location and the view of the lake. It is nice to be able to relax but then if you want are only a short drive away from restaurants and shops.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Lake Consecon is a quiet lake but also great for fishing and smaller boats. Low boat traffic in this land locked lake makes it feel almost private. We love to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck in the evening and watch the sunset.
