Waterfront Cottage in Prince Edward County - Close to Wellington and Wineries

Now with free WI-FI.This property is located down a semi-private laneway on Lake Consecon. Tranquil and scenic with both woods and lake views. This cottage offers two decks, fire pit and a large dock for boats. TV with DVD, dishwasher, soaker tub, washer and dryer, linen for beds and bathroom towels provided. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Bright and friendly, this cozy cottage is perfect for a relaxing vacation any time of the year. For bicycle enthusiast , the County has popular routes and a shop for rentals or repairs. BBQ on deck and two kayaks , one canoe and paddles included. PFD are available and must be worn when using canoe and kayaks. A Provincial Parks Day Pass is included with the cottage.
New for 2019 is a gas fireplace in the living room to warm in front of on cooler evenings. New for the fall of 2022 is a sauna, check pictures.

Wonderful family vacation

Relaxing and well-stocked with everything you need for a cottage vacation. Penny was easy to communicate with and we all loved our stay at concrest cottage! Close to sandbanks, north beach and wineries. Amazing stay!

Ideal family rental

Well equipped cottage with beautiful views in a very central location. PEC is a great family holiday area with lovely sandy beaches- national park pass included with the rental. It was a very relaxing stay with lake access from our own jetty.

Beautiful cottage

We loved every bit of our stay. From the personal touches to the beautiful sunsets, kayaking on a gorgeous lake and proximity to vineyards. A perfect place for a getaway. Can't say enough good things about this place!

A little corner of paradise

We had the wonderful chance to stay a full week at this amazing cottage. The sunset on the lake are among the most beautiful ones you can see. Watching the stars lying on the dock is a MUST. Penny is just so nice and always there to help. We hope to go back again.

AMAZING

We stayed at this beautiful location last weekend, we really had a great time , beautiful sunsets on the balcony, lonely sauna for the cold nights and very clean house . We would love to come back again during the warmer months.

What a fabulous area. Our host was extremely quick to respond to our questions. Thirty minutes drive, would bring us to Wellington, Bloomfield, Picton... Cottage gives an exceptional view of the lake, dock gives the opportinuty to relax and zen!

Lovely Cottage

Extremely clean and well equipped. Every cottage amenity worth having. Great view over the lake and amazing sunsets. Would happily stay again in future.

Perfect Vacation

Penny and John were great hosts! The views are gorgeous and the cottage was extremely well equipped. It was an easy drive to anywhere in PEC. We would gladly repeat anytime!

A Perfect Peaceful Getaway

We had an amazing time at Penny's cottage. The cottage is so well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, including all kitchen appliances, extra towels for the lake and games. It is such a peaceful area by the lake with three different decking areas to enjoy the views and sunsets. Penny was extremely helpful and communicative. Would definitely return :)

Absolutely fantastic

We stayed for 3 nights in November. Weather was chilly but the cottage was warm helped by the fire place. The outdoor sauna was welcome. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and comfortable & lots of room. Lovely view of lake; very quiet and private. Close to wineries. Minutes from town of Wellington with all amenities. Great place for us retirees. We plan to return in 2025. Thanks Penny

The Peefect Location & Host

This was an absolutely wonderful property, located perfect location so close to the wineries and on the beautiful lake! We really appreciated all the amenities and Penny was so fantastic about her communication with us when the property was available and any few things to know. Penny added a beautiful touch of a gift basket with maps and wine!! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you 🙏

Beautiful cottage

Beautiful cottage very well equiped and clean, amazing view of the lake, gorgeous sunset. Close to beautifull North Beach Park and so many winery's, close to everthing... Penny is a great host ! Thanks again !

Fantastic weekend!

Arrived on Friday to the cleanest and most beautiful property I have ever seen! Owner was extremely accommodating and communicative. Absolutely a 10/10 experience and will definitely be booking again when give the chance!

Perfect family getaway

The cottage is spotlessly clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and has a spectacular view. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoe, reading on the deck, fishing from the dock, the fire pit, and the thoughtfully provided S'mores kit and bottle of wine. North Beach made a great day trip and we appreciated the provincial park pass included in the rental cost. Penny was lovely to work with and we'd love to return.

Great Stay at a Wonderful Place

We visited the County for our Daughter's wedding at a local venue in early June, 2024. We had an amazing week at your lovely cottage in this beautiful setting on Lake Consecon. The cottage and property was nice and clean and well prepared to receive guests. We took the opportunity to have a nice hot sauna every morning to start our day. Thanks again Penny. Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this cottage. Penny was a good host, and check in and all of the communication was easy. Beautiful property, and had all of the amenities we needed. We appreciated the attention to detail and the care the owners show to the cottage. The hotel quality linens was a nice surprise upon check in. We will definitely book again! Thanks Penny.

Concrest Cottage

Concrest cottage was a lovely getaway for our family. Our sons loved every minute of the experience. The place is stocked with everything we needed; all the amenities that you would get in a house. The property is beautiful and location was perfect for us. Penny and John were very pleasant as well. We would 100% recommend!

A glorious relaxing week!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at Concrest Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed and wanted and is a great jumping off place to enjoy the bounty of the County. A warm welcome and lovely surprise from Penny set the tone for our very special week. Delightful all around!

My husband and I purchased this cottage to use as a family getaway. It has served us well but our children have all started their own families and are busy throughout the summer. Now in retirement we also enjoy travel so find the cottage sits empty more than it is used. It is a lovely spot and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

We love the private location and the view of the lake. It is nice to be able to relax but then if you want are only a short drive away from restaurants and shops.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Lake Consecon is a quiet lake but also great for fishing and smaller boats. Low boat traffic in this land locked lake makes it feel almost private. We love to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck in the evening and watch the sunset.
