We bought this property because of the location - the views are amazing - you get both Gulf and Bay, you have a place right here to dock your boat for the day. Bicycles are popular here, so you can rent a bicycle and go anywhere. Largest poolside hot tub anywhere in Ft Myers Beach, gorgeous pool area.

The beach movie theater, along with restaurants, shopping and nightlife are all within walking distance of the condo. CVS and 7/11 are just a short walk from the condo as well for quick groceries, with the Publix grocery store one and a half miles north for all your shopping needs.
Jump on the trolley at the front of the condo and head down to Times Square for nightlife, more shopping and great dining and beach bars or south to Lovers Key State park for miles of secluded beaches and trails.
At the end of the day, reconnect with family and friends by the glow of the evening’s sunset beachside. With 7 miles of white sugar sand beach at your backdoor there’s never a lack for something to do. Enjoy fishing? Try fishing from the beach in the Gulf of Mexico.
