This is a beautiful, luxurious spot, and we enjoyed it greatly. You don't go here to save money: you go to have a 5-star experience. There are many upscale amenities and the grounds and setting are spectacular. Judy is a terrific host. We loved it, and we loved Edenton. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great views, great host, beautiful carriage house. Edenton is a lovely quiet town with a lot of history. Locals are very friendly. 2 story carriage house was very well decorated and stocked. Host allows you to use the front porch of the main house to enjoy the view with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Judy was an incredible host! She was so kind and offered so much more than other vrbo hosts. When we had questions, she was easily reached. The carriage house was charming , very clean and well appointed. The views from the front porch were amazing and so relaxing. The location to downtown made walking easy to restaurant and shops.

This is a great place for a relaxing visit. The hosts are incredibly gracious. The space was better than the pictures. We parked the car and were able to walk to access everything we wanted to. Edenton is a lovely and welcoming town. This was a perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Could not have chosen a better place to stay. True Southern hospitality and charm. Thank you Judy for being so accommodating and welcoming. Your guest cottage was perfect for my daughter and me. We could easily walk everywhere and we loved the park across the street looking out on the water. Edenton has so much history to explore and good food. It was a true delight. Hope to come back soon.

We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here! The property was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located for enjoying everything Edenton has to offer. From the moment we arrived, Judy made us feel like honored guests rather than simply renters. She is the perfect hostess—warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making sure our stay was special. One of our favorite memories was sitting on the front porch of her beautiful home, admiring the waterfront and chatting with Judy and Bentley, her wonderful four-legged companion. It was one of those simple moments that made the trip especially memorable.Edenton itself completely charmed us. The history, beautiful waterfront, and stunning historic homes make it a wonderful place to visit, but what impressed us most was the people. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt like part of the community. This was much more than just a beautiful place to stay—it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We left with very fond memories of Edenton, Judy, and Bentley, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!
