Great location, walking distance to everything. It was perfect for our families

Our two families (4 adults, 4 teens) stayed at Nici’s place over New Years. The living area is cozy, but sufficient for us and not problem for all 8 of us to sit at the dinner table. The kids enjoyed the bunk room on the top floor. Just a short stroll to the village and we managed to find paths just across the street to ski to the village lifts and ski back. Also just short walk to the Morrisey chair and we also took the free shuttle once too. The kitchen is fully loaded and we appreciated the extras like Saran Wrap and parchment paper. Nici and Peter were very responsive to our questions. We all loved the large hot tub, the heated tile floors and the great view of the ski hill. We will return again!

Cozy Family Retreat!

We had a great time at this property. It was roomy enough for our 8-person family (7 adults and 1 child) and had all of the basic amenities (full kitchen, 2 full bedrooms plus a upper room with 4 bunks, bbq, hot tub, laundry, and storage). Peter and Nici were great hosts and provided us with all of the necessary information to make our stay go as smoothly as possible. A bonus is that we could ski in (Rambler to the Morrisey Connector) and ski out (short kicker to the Orient Chair). And, Sun Peaks is such a great family mountain with lots of terraine to satisfy all levels of skiers. What a way to start the holidays!

Great stay

Comfortable condo with all the amenities. Hot tub had slope and sun exposure. Lots of sleeping options. I recommend this condo.

Perfect family accomms

Loved our stay here. Extended family -- everyone was happy with the place. Small but extremely well-provisioned kitchen. Appreciated all the games and puzzles. We will come back ... but we may bring foam mattress toppers as the beds are very firm. 🤗

Great Family Ski Vacation

This property worked very well for us. My son, two grandchildren (14,15) and I had great skiing week. We cooked, including BBQ all our meals. The kitchen is well stocked including a slow cooker which was great. It is just a short walk to the village and the hot tub was very good. Communication with Nici was excellent. We had no issues while we were there. It was wonderfully quiet at night. Im hoping to come back next year!

Well Maintained Townhouse

The place is very well-maintained. The host and property manager are quite responsive and very helpful. We were quite happy with our stay here. Thank you Nici & Peter. A couple of things of note is that it's not a "ski-in ski-out" property. It is just a short 5 min walk to a Orient ski hill run however. Also remember to bring your own shampoo & conditioner as none was provided.

Family get away

Surrounded by snow banks, the hot top was fantastic. Such a short walk to the village too. We were lucky to have 53cms fall just before and during our stay. One of the best stocked kitchens we been in as well. Can’t wait to book again

Wonderful Hosts. Nice Property in Central Location

Nici and Peter are wonderful hosts. Their property is nice and spacious, nested in the central part of the Sun Peaks village will convenient access to all the lifts and trails.

We Will Retirn

Great accommodations. We were so impressed with the home and layout. So close to the main village and summer lift areas. This is a rental we would definitely book again in summer or winter. Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and on the ball. We highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay in Sun Peaks

Great place to stay, although a few minor things could be improved: -hot tub temperature was at 108°, way too hot, even though thermostat was lower -no hand soap in any of the bathrooms -addition of fans for use of facility in summer is highly recommended

Well equipped home close to all amenities!

This was an ideal accommodation for our family (parents and adult children). The home was spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with cooking and laundry facilities. It was a short walk to the village. Lots of room for our family. We look forward to a return visit.

Great Condo for the Whole Family

We had an excellent stay in this condo and experience with these owners. This was our first visit to Sun Peaks and had several questions about location of condo to lifts and best access routes. The Peter and Nici were super helpful and quick to reply. They were flexible when we decided to add an extra night onto our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. We found it to be very well stocked with essentials. It was clean and cozy and close enough that we were able to have all our meals there which saved a lot of money. We met the property manager, Brain during our stay who also was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the hill. The parking situation is great as noted in other reviews, larger SUV's with ski racks on top fit no problem in the underground. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. The skiing was amazing in Sun Peaks with great runs for all levels of skier. It is so big that even during a busy weekend it never felt crowded. We would definitely come back.

Sun Peaks Getaway

What a beautiful stay, and amazing, easy going hosts! We really enjoyed our weekend. We had a group of 8 and all fit very comfortably. Underground parking is very handy. Not quite ski in ski out, but the village is less than a 10 minute walk. And you get to stare right at the Top of The World (Burfield peak) from the hot tub!! 100% would stay here again!

Awesome Value at our Favourite Ski Resort!

Right from the start, this was a great holiday. Booking and communication with the hosts Peter and Nici was seamless and very responsive. In a time where things seem to be changing constantly, they were patient, communicative and understanding. Made the whole process a breeze. The unit is extremely well-stocked (plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, loads of towels for the shower and hot tub, and even a couple of sleds that we took to the designated tobbaganing area), clean, and in a great location. - just a few minutes to Morrisey and Orient chairs. Great value for our family (child, teen, and uncle): lots of space to spread out, loved the hot tub, and the price for the unit in the heart of winter at a world-class mountain simply cannot be beat. It might not be as modern as some of the other developments in the area, but it is comfortable and homey ☺️ Thank you for a super stay!

Very nice accommodation

The property is getting a bit 'worn' but it's reflected in the price. Sunpeaks is a great place to go and this particular residence has a great hot tub with a perfect view to the west with a great view of the mountain. Would definitely stay there again.

Family space

Lots of room for a family of five. Great location close to the village. Everything you needed was in the room. Great hot tub. Little tricky skiing in and out but it can be done. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

Our family of 5 loved this property! Great location for access to the lifts and the village. Very nice private hot tub right outside the door that was wonderful for soaking post ski sore muscles! We had a bit of a hicccup as there were circumstances beyond the owners control that delayed our arrival by a day, but Greg was absolutely fantastic in communicating with us as soon as he received information and getting us into the unit as soon as possible. The kitchen was well equipped, living room and dining room very comfortable and plenty of room for our family to stretch out. Heated flooring and plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Lots of stairs in this unit as it is on 3 floors, but the bunk bed room for the kids is on the top floor so we let their young bodies tackle that extra flight! They loved having a kid friendly room and had fun watching “old” movies on the small tv/vhs combo in that room :) The no contact check in/check out and 24 hour wait between guests as well as the overall cleanliness of the building and unit put us at ease during this time of covid. We also saw the hot tub checked daily by maintenance staff, so we felt confident in the water quality as well. Overall, the great communication, ease of booking, check in/check out and the style and location of the unit are all reasons that we would not hesitate to stay here again in the (hopefully near) future!

Excellent Location!

Excellent Location super close to the village of Sun Peaks! Lots of hikes nearby. Greg was a great host and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
