June through Labor Day rentals are typically one week or longer. Please reach out with any questions.
Located in the Village of Westhampton Beach, this private 6-bedroom, 5-bath cedar shingle Hamptons home is ideal for extended families, multiple families traveling together, or professionals looking for a comfortable long-term summer stay.
Set on a quiet private road, the property offers both privacy and convenience, with easy access to town, beaches, and local amenities. The home features strong Wi-Fi throughout, supported by Eero mesh internet, along with multiple desks/workstations and a printer for remote work needs.
The house includes a dedicated private fitness studio equipped for functional training, yoga, barre, and strength workouts, including dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic weights, TRX, resistance bands, yoga mats, stationary bike, Sonos speaker system, and more.
Outside, enjoy a heated pool (available mid-May through September) with surrounding safety gate, a large patio with grill and outdoor fireplace, basketball court access, and spacious front and back yards that are ideal for children to play safely away from traffic.

The home is a short walk to the Westhampton Beach High School facilities, including tennis courts, track, basketball courts, and playing fields. Town is walkable, and the beach is an easy bike ride away.
Rogers Beach is approximately 1.5 miles from the house — close enough for a quick bike ride, jog, or under 5-minute drive.
The property is also conveniently located near Hamptons Jitney and LIRR service, with access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and major airports. Southampton, Hampton Bays, and the Tanger Outlets Riverhead are all within a short drive.
Day beach passes are available for summer renters, with multiple nearby beaches to explore throughout the Hamptons.

Great stay with friends and family

The house was exactly as described, with lots of space and fully stocked. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Westhampton Beach. Colleen was an excellent host and extremely communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend :)

We loved this house! Loads of room, spotless, well-stocked kitchen, a great pool, and located a couple of blocks from a nice small market. We had a handful of minor questions during our stay, and each time I was able to contact the host and get answers right away. My extended family and I had a great time and plan to come back!

This was an amazing property. Colleen has thought of everything! Our family of 12 people many ages had an absolute blast. The property was kid friendly and had so many things available for all of us to do. We loved it !

Great family get away

Colleen's house is a great base for a multi-generation family vacation, with plenty of room for the nine of us. Wonderful location, large pool, and very nice finished basement. We would definitely go back!

Great vacation!

The house was wonderful! Has absolutely everything you could want and more! Pool was warm and lovely. Tons of play toys for the kids. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Amazing Stay at Beautiful Westhampton Property!

The house is beautiful and Colleen is an excellent host. We had a large group and everyone agreed the home was spectacular. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of essentials supplied, beautiful outdoor area and pool. The list could go on and on. I would definitely book this property again in the future!

Great location and communications

This beautiful home was well stocked with everything we needed. Its location on a cul-de-sac is excellent, with just a short drive to the beach and local shops and restaurants. And Colleen's communications were terrific from start to finish.

Perfect place for family vacation!

All around a perfect pick! Colleen was so helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to questions and so helpful with suggestions for things to do. The house was great for our family trip with lots of room to spread out and lots of fun things to do. The bikes were a great feature and the pool was warm and beautiful. This house was close to restaurants and beaches which was very nice. We’ll definitely stay again and suggest this house to friends.

This house had all that you would want and need.. from child friendly downstairs to complete gym above the garage. There was no need to pack anything… there was all things you might need for the beach, kitchen well stocked and pool and backyard perfect!!! Also owner was more than generous, helpful and responded to questions etc immediately . A true fun, stressful family vacation enjoyed by all ages!!!

In addition to a beautiful, well-equipped property with SO MUCH space & gorgeous pool. Colleen is an absolutely wonderful hostess. Aside from being extremely communicative, she provided unsolicited kindness at a difficult time for our family making a quick getaway that much more relaxing. We will certainly choose this one again. One more thing, too often, properties get dinged because they’re not ‘clean enough” so I’m going to use this opportunity to point out an obvious truth: that shouldn’t fall solely on the homeowner, Renters need to show some respect for the residence they’re staying in. Clean up a bit as you go, people. Everyone wants to check-in early, stay until the last possible minute, etc. - but never consider how short the amount of time is left in between to turnover for the next group. Be kind, or more bluntly - don’t be entitled by leaving your mess behind.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The house was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and close to beautiful beaches! The house itself was on a quiet street yet close to everything we needed! The finished basement was perfect for our kids (ages 3-10) and the pool and outdoor space was the perfect hang out place.The owner was so kind and available. Family fun was had by all!

If you need privacy, connectivity, space to spread out, we have it at this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. The beaches are amazing but if you are traveling from the city, it's not easy to enjoy them without spending a lot of time in traffic. Being able to stay locally brings peace to the soul.

This house has many bedrooms. We want families both traditional and non-traditional to enjoy some downtime in this serene and private setting.

We have only native plants throughout the grounds and each season has specific blooms. We have an active composting bin.

We recently completed the basement and a large finished backyard patio, great for hosting big family gatherings. Also new is a retro-fitted garage - turned kitschy lounge to allow for more outdoor hangout space. This is also a great space for teens.

The benefits of a private cul-de-sac cannot be overstated. Until you've tried it you have no idea! Also, everything in this house is high end Wifi and AC system to the sound system, sprinklers, pool, appliances. We will work hard to make sure you have a great experience.
