We have stayed at several rental houses over the years. This is your average house with a pool. No major issues. Biggest perks: massive living room tv and 2 updated bathrooms. House does show signs of age/rental use. We would rent again.

Wonderful stay!

Great stay for our family. Property and communication with host was wonderful. Plenty of room & pool was a hit with our four year old grandson. We enjoyed our 12 day stay very much!

Family holiday

This was an excellent property, well located and perfect for our family holiday.It was spacious and was well stocked with everything to make our stay as hassle free as possible. Saara was so helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

Great Home Close to Disney

The house was big enough for the whole family. Beds were very comfortable. Host was great at responding when I had questions. Definitely a wonderful host and place to stay! Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Our stay in this house was great. Everything was clean. Plenty of room for a family of 6. The pool was amazing to have. We would definitely come back. And it was conveniently close to stores and restaurants.

Very clean property with an always available owner. Also had a person in the area that checked on our needs regularly. Very well appointed with all necessities addressed. 5 stars

Another great stay

This is our second stay in 7 months. Yes, we liked it so much the first time we were happy to come back to it.Indian Point is perfectly located off the 192 making it easy to head north, south, east or west for attractions, shopping, dining or the nature trails.Orlando International airport is only a short drive away.Saara, the owner, is excellent at arranging the stay. We will be back here again.

Excellent

The house was beautiful and very spacious, very clean and a perfect location. The pool was larger than most houses I have rented in the past. We had an enjoyable vacation. We will definitely stay here again. Saara was very attentive to any issues we had and had them taken care off immediately.

5 week stay in a beautiful home in Indian Point

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The layout of the house with three separate sleeping areas and three bathrooms in different parts of the house worked very well for our family group. The appliances were top notch. We loved the pool. The homeowner replied to our email very quickly and her local manager responded in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner to our requests. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Great property, great location

Vacation from the UK. We have been coming to the Kissimmee area for the last 27 years and this has been one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Indian Point is the perfect distance to the attractions and the facilities on the 192. The house is clean, has everything you need and is in a quiet residential area. Communication with Saraa was easy and efficient. We are also booked in again for 2025... so that should tell you all you need to know about what we think :)

Great Villa

We enjoyed a three week stay at this villa in July 23 with our three children. Overall, this is a very nice property, which seems to have been recently modernised. The owner was always extremely responsive for any minor queries, and arranged for any issues to be resolved within a matter of hours. We have stayed in a lot of villas within this neighbourhood, and this would be among our favourite. Nice big pool, plenty of room, fast Wi-Fi and in a good location for the theme parks. Would fully recommend.

Beautiful house, wonderful owner

This house is exactly as the pictures portray. It was incredibly clean. I wasn't afraid to sit on any of the furniture. The decor is so beautiful and inviting. The pool was super clean and very much needed after a day at the theme parks! Saara, the owner, is really nice. She responded quickly to any needs or questions we had. This house is in a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks, Saara for everything!

The property was clean, and as described. The neighborhood was quiet and close to groceries and restaurants. I paid extra for the pool heat. Nice, Quiet, Serene, Clean....

First of all, I like to Thank the host, Saraa. Having someone on point to answer all questions needed with no delay, Let me know she did care for her guest. Secondly, Area was quiet, house was very neat,clean and prepared. Pool clean, our kid and her cousin loved it.. I was actually looking to book it again this upcoming July, only to find out sadly it has already been booked for the month.. 5*'s from me and my family

Senior family get together

The lot was smaller than some of the places we have stayed. We had three cars, so one had to park on the street. It would have been nice to use the garage for at least one car. The house met all our requirements and was very comfortable. More towel racks in the bathrooms would have been helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with the house, and the owner was great to deal with.

Beds

The master bedroom bed as a foam mattress topper one of the cheap ones ..it makes the bed very hot even with the air conditioning on all night. The quilts are extremely hot I would use warmth rate 0- 1 comforters that you can get from walmart for 20 for a queen. The quilts are extremely hot. The House is AWESOME The bathrooms are AWESOME ❤️ Private pool and a Lanai. Good location Nice neighborhood. AWESOME ❤️ 😊👍

There are 2 things most important to us in a rental:safety and cleanliness. This rental was immaculate, and we always felt safe. We spent 84 nights, and when my husband locked himself out because he used the wrong code, neighbors quickly emerged and tried to help him, even offering him a phone to use. Saara must sleep with her phone because she responded immediately to every question. Carlos, the onsite point man was just wonderful. We even met Mario, Carlos's dad. If we had questions that needed immediate attention, we called Carlos, for instance, when my husband could not get into the mailbox. The tile flooring throughout most of the house was beautiful, especially the decorative strips in the entrance way and separating most sleeping areas. All the floors were easy to clean. I hésite to write such a glowing review because this place may never be available to us again.
