Tropical Paradise is everything you want in a vacation rental. This end-unit luxury townhome has all the bells and whistles to make your vacation a true paradise.
Recently, the entire interior of the house was painted, brand-new living room furniture, new beds and comforters in all bedrooms and new carpeting throughout.
The spacious living area boasts brand-new, high-end, comfortable furniture and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely dining table that seats six.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new appliances purchased and installed in April 2017 in addition to a brand-new washer & dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.
The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it's own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a king bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks. All bedrooms have their own adjoining private baths, so everyone can enjoy privacy and have plenty of space.
The living area also holds a queen sofa sleeper, allowing Tropical Paradise to sleep up to 10 guests.
Also an attached one-car garage included and located next to extra parking, there is plenty of room for everyone and parking for multiple vehicles.

Great location and close to the OCCC. We really enjoyed the property. My only feedback would be to have a few more items in the kitchen for leftovers and making meals. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Communication was very quick and helpful.

We had a very nice stay. Host was really responsive when needed. Home was very clean and will stay again when in Orlando.

Amazing property! Everything was as advertised. Super clean and well stocked - we had an amazing time. Right by Universal!!!!

The location is perfect for our needs. Great, clean space to spread out when traveling with a group. Easy communication with Pam and the property management team. We’ve had Pam as a host in the past same excellent service and property once again.

Clean and comfortable! The private driveway was great, so was the variety of rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay and perfect location
We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved how close it is to Universal.

This duplex was in a great location - very close to Epic and an easy drive to Universal and Islands of Adventure. The property was clean and fresh. We walked over to the pool house, but didn’t use those amenities as we spent all free time at the parks. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the area itself was quiet. One note: the beds at every firm. This is a matter of preference - some will like them and others won’t.

Glad that you spent some time at the clubhouse viewing the amenities but i totally understand not having time to enjoy them all since they are in select areas throughout the resort.

Great location to Universal
Great location to Universal. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3.50 bathrooms. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Universal trip
We had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The community was very nice and convenient to Universal. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place
We were very happy with the townhome! Great location for all theme parks, plenty of amenities. Very pleased with our stay. Could have had better info on what was included.
