NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS...Lovely 4/5 bedroom canal front home with 3 baths. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and great room with recently updated kitchen with quartz countertops, built-in beverage center, dining seating for 10 (table/island) and outdoor dining for 6. Spacious first floor features extra large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and bath as well as a second living room/BR with sleeper sofa and wet bar. Outdoor space includes 2 canal side decks with gates, 1 street side deck, hot tub and boat dock . Located on a quiet bayside street on a deep water canal aprox 2 1/2 blocks to the quiet beaches of Fenwick Island. If bringing a boat, please inquire about availability.

Very Nice Beach House

The house is beautiful, with lots of space for a family to spread out. The nearest beaches are about a five minute drive away, and are not too crowded (unlike nearby Ocean City). The owners were very responsive in addressing the relatively minor issues that came up. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

The house is wonderful, the location is great with a short walk to the beach and stores. The dock on the canal was also nice and we crabbed, fished, kayaked, and paddle boarded. We felt very at home and Kelli was very open and communicative with all questions. The use of all the beach gear was great too. It was a great vacation and we would definitely look to stay here again.

Home away from Home

Kelli was the kindest, most responsive owner I have ever worked with. Their home is gorgeous, and attention has been paid to every detail. The downstairs was a welcome space for our teens, and everyone enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The neighbors were all friendly and helpful, and the property itself is maintained impeccably inside and out. We hope we are able to return next year!

Excellent!

The house is lovely Kelli (the host) is very easy to work with, and there are enough beds for everyone -- including bunk beds, which our kids went nuts over. Kitchen is well stocked -- dish towels, paper towels, olive oil, spices. Our only problem is that the VRBO listing did not say there is a long flight of stairs to get into the property, which was a problem for someone in our party. Otherwise, it is grand place sitting right on the canal, balconies on every floor for reading, relaxing, water gazing. Except for the entry stairs, we recommend it highly.

The single staircase is common in these homes that don’t have elevators but the exterior staircase does have a small landing halfway for those with mobility issues. Thanks again! Kelli

Never Better

I would have put less than (5) stars for "Accuracy of Listing", but only because the VRBO listing does not do the place justice. The Owners have spent much effort in making the place even better than listed. I don't remember being in a better-appointed place than this facility. Loved it! Well done!

Wonderful getaway!

Such a wonderful experience. Kelli is a thoughtful hostess who quickly responds to communication. The house was very well kept and well stocked with anything we could imagine we would need, from cookware to beach gear and beyond.

Perfect Fenwick Island Vacation!

We would highly recommend staying at Kelli’s house on Fenwick Island. The house was perfect! Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved fishing and crabbing off the pier and watching boats go by from one of the decks or hot tub. The pictures on the internet do not do this house justice. Total Wow Factor! Only a short 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and other activities. Kelli was a wonderful host. Always quick to respond and accommodated all of our needs. We all would love to stay at Kelli’s house again. We all had a really great time!

Amazing Stay

This home was perfect. So clean and beautifully updated, it had everything you could think of for a beach stay. The host was lovely and check in and out so easy. Can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding!

Wonderful location and property! Owners provided a lot of useful information & were very responsive to our questions. The property is very well equipped and maintained. Of all the rental houses we've stayed in in the area, this was by far the best of them. Looking forward to our next stay!

A wonderful family weekend getaway

I really can't say enough great things about this house and this host! Kelli was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and she went above and beyond with stocking the home and all of the outdoor activities! We went paddle boarding, kayaking and even tried our hand at catching crabs off of the dock. The house was gorgeous, clean and so comfortable! We only wish we had more time to enjoy it!

A real gem and wonderful house packed with things to do

Great home with a fantastic layout. Downstairs has the bunk beds with it's own living room/tv room so the kids can romp around downstairs while adults can peacefully be upstairs. Probably the best layout for families with kids of any age. Weather didn't cooperate with us, but right from the canal, we fished and my 3 yr old caught 2 fish, we did some crabbing all this in November so I imagine it'll be even better in the warmer months. You can kayak right from the back yard. Walking distance to shops and beach. Easy drive to OC or other beaches. Lots of good restaurants to choose from (although most were closed for the season - don't trust Yelp, call the number). Property owners were great and very responsive to questions. Kelli the owner was just a really nice person to work with. The house is decorated so nicely, super clean, and beds were comfortable, and area was really tranquil. Great weekend getaway, I would love to come back. Thank you Kelli.

Fantastic beach house

This house has everything you need for a great beach getaway. Clean, comfy, and on the water canal. House is equipped with bikes, games, kayaks, paddle boards, crab cages, and hot tub. You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Kelli was easy to work with. We would definitely return to this beach house. Thanks😊

Perfection in Fenwick

I traveled for a weekend away with my family. I couldn't have found a cleaner, more beautiful place to stay. Kelli, the owner, was amazing. She was very responsive and kept me up-to-date with all of the details that would make the weekend even more perfect. I'll definitely try to stay here again. The location is quiet, yet close to great restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend! Thank you Kelli

Cozy, Clean, and Chock Full of Fun!

I had stayed at one other property on a canal down in Florida, so I was elated to find this option on the Delaware shore. The canal location was incredible-down near the end of the road, so it's nice and quiet which is especially ideal during COVID times. The house has ALL the toys and tools you can think of, including kayaks, paddleboards, fishing and crabbing gear, beach gear, a comfy hot tub and two immaculate back decks facing the canal. The house itself was perfectly clean, well designed, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is huge and has all the materials you need. We made the most of it and cooked huge meals for 8 all the time. Kelli is a fantastic host!! This is a true gem and we can't wait to come back.

Great experience

I have been vacationing in FI for most of my life, this property has it all, dock for the kids to fish, paddle boards, kayaks, crab traps, bikes. The house is very spacious , I felt like I was at my home but on the bay.

Fenwick Island beach house

The house was everything as described and more. Besides being beautifully decorated and spacious, Kelli has every household item we would ever need. The family had a great time on the paddle boards and kayaks. The house is impeccable and perfect for a large family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy a family vacation.

Perfect Fenwick Island Retreat

Six stars for this property. A lovely bayside house with something for everyone. From the well-appointed beach themed house, dock on the bay, kayaks, bikes, hot tub, close proximity to the beach and stores, this property oozes family beach vacation. The awning on the top deck was wonderful to sit under with a nice cup of coffee to watch the water and read. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home

Comfortable beds, great views. Loved access to the kayaks and beach gear. Only suggestion would be to put in a ladder to get out of the water when one inevitably falls off the paddle board. :-)

Perfect house, stunning view, lots to do!

This house is as beautiful as the photos indicate. We were on our annual Girls Trip and found a home with: a) welcoming décor and floor plan that made it feel like a home, not a rental, b) great location - so much to do within a walk or short drive c) comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen d) a host that was accommodating, friendly but not overbearing Kelli mentioned that the top deck is perfect for soaking up the sun on a fall day...like the rest of the house, it did not disappoint. Our furthest outing was a drive to see the wild horses in Asseteague. A short drive and a bucket list experience. If you are trying to decide to rent or not...JUST DO IT! Kelli, your were a pleasure to work with and we would love to come back again.

Lovely home ,very well equipped with all of our needs,very clean

We Loved this house ,close to beach ,and all activities, Unfortunately the weather was not the best and our group was concerned about Florence , so we sadly left early.

Awesome Beach house close to the beach!!!

The beach house was great!!! Very spacious, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub, paddle boards, bikes. Kelli was great to work with, and communicated thoroughly about everything we needed to know.
