Beautiful property and our suite was perfect for the two of us. Quiet and peaceful.

We stayed in one of the units near the pool area and it was spotless. Lights on and A/C on and nice an cool when we arrived. One bedroom, large open space, two large smart tv's, strong Wi-Fi & clean bathroom. Kitchen with disposer, dishwasher, fridge, ice maker and well stocked with pots/pans silverware, plates cups etc. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels etc, and several pools towel's as well. Has a drip coffee maker and we were fortunate last guest or possibly owner had left ground coffee and filters in cabinets. I HAVE to get my morning coffee! Free use of washer and dryer on site which came in handy for us. We only stayed 2 nights before a cruise but were able to wash/dry clothing we had worn before our cruise. I also enjoyed the pool area, especially after dark. It was quiet, nice mood lighting, and water temperature controlled. Location is a short distance from Wilton Drive with all the nightlife and restaurants. Located on a side street so very quiet spot to relax. Has free off-street parking. I'm already planning a month long stay in 2027. You won't de disappointed with this location. I almost did not give it a great review so I could keep it a secret for myself LOL.

What a great get-away spot a quiet and relaxing long weekend, The unit was as pictured and described on the listing and had everything needed. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and at the private patio my unit had. I made use of the on-site laundry facility, which was extremely nice to have. The owners were on site and were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

What a GEM!

This was my 2nd stay with Tom’s property & I must say it was fantastic! Super clean, with all of the must haves! We spent a lot of time at the pool which was in pristine condition! Literally a piece of paradise! I’ll continue to check for vacancies here whenever I visit Ft. Lauderdale! You won’t be disappointed!

Very Good Experience

Tom, the owner, was quick to respond to communication prior to our stay and similarly speedy during our stay. The property was reasonably clean and looked like the photos. It's a one bedroom with a comfortable mattress. Located a quick drive to Wilton Drive. We appreciated the full kitchen, stocked with dishes and cookware, which allowed us to make breakfast easily. There's also a washer/dryer which is really convenient. The two wall A/C units work well. The décor is acceptable and in decent shape, despite not being my taste. That said, the pool area is fantastic and really lovely. The property is generally well-maintained and we'd be happy to stay in the future if we visit Florida again.

All one needs

Tom is a great host. Unit was ready when arrived exactly as pictures, units are supplied with every thing one would need. Pool is beautiful, tranquil and relaxing. Property is Within walking distance to Wilton Dr. My month long stay went by so fast. Already booked for longer next year. Counting the days to return.
