We so enjoyed our stay in this property. The view was fabulous. Communication was quick and efficient. The property was clean and well maintained. Stacy was receptive as a host and all other staff at the restaurant and beach were so friendly and gracious. The beach and the location on the island was perfect! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent location! Beds were very comfortable. Condo was clean. The entire Nautibeach complex is clean and with very friendly staff.

Amazing Location!

Located at the best beach on the island. Beautiful pool and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Super relaxing stay!

Nice beach location

Location is great on Playa Norte. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. A/C kept all rooms very cool.

Wonderful experience! We went with our 7- and 10- year olds and the apartment was perfect. We did a little bit of cooking but mainly ate at the beach club attached to the condos, and we loved having the pool (with lots of floaties!), and the beach right there! Only 5 min walk to the Main Street (and we loved the shortcut via the beach). My son ate the bacon cheeseburger from Mayan beach club every day. There was never a feeling of scarcity - always a pool chair in the shade, and you could relax without feeling like you had to order anything. We loved it.

Amazing location on the beach and a great pool when you need a break from the beach. Staff was friendly and attentive. Check in was easy with someone waiting for us when we arrived at the condo. Condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 6 night stay.

Amazing stay

Fantastic property on the north beach of Isla Mujeres. Location was great, the view was phenomenal and it was so close to the beach and the pool. Would strongly recommend and will definitely be back to Nautibeach!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The property is exactly as listed, but of course the beach is even more beautiful in person. The view of the ocean from the private balcony was our favorite. The rooms were clean and large enough for us to spread out and relax. The pool was crystal clear and the perfect temperature, even in February. Omar met us at the room to check us in and explain all of the electronic stuff and answer all of our questions. It couldn’t have been easier. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our first time on the island and we had a wonderful vacation for a group of five. We appreciated walkability to nice restaurants, access to the pool and the AC in the unit. We chose to walk to a beach area where we could spread out a blanket, rent chaises and an umbrella and swim in a larger public area of sea. The water is gorgeous and the unit does have a lovely view especially as the sun starts to set. Since we didn't have access to a dryer and the beach towels didn't dry on the balcony with the humidity, a second set of beach towels would have been helpful. We used two entire containers of water so that was a much needed necessity. Filling it in a pitcher to keep in the fridge overnight would have been helpful since the ice did not fit in our water bottles. Fans needed dusted but other than that we had no issues and were satisfied with our stay. Enjoyed playing the board game smart ass that was in the condo, lol

Excellent location with a beautiful, swimmable beach right there and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes on Higaldo. Pleasant pool and patio area. Unit was the perfect size for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Easy check in, good communication, and lots of bottled water. Wish the ocean view from the balcony was less obstructed and that the Mayan Beach club had better service.

We LOVE Nautibeach

We were married on the property 5 years ago and stay at Nautibeach everytime we're in Isla Mujeres. The management was quick at responding and very nice. It's the best place to stay on Playa Norte!

Beautiful condo with great patio located on one of the best beaches. Especially appreciated the view, pool, beach chairs and location walkable to many shops and restaurants. One of the best restaurants is located right on the property. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet for sleeping. Drinking water was provided which was nice to not have to haul water from the store. Manager was great with communications and very responsive. Housekeeping did a great job. Would definately stay again!

Great condo/facility in excellent location

Exactly as advertised. Great proximity to pool and amazing beach. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very accommodating hosts with excellent communication before and during our stay.
