Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our cabins were not the right fit for your stay. Our cabins are authentic 1940s cottages that have been thoughtfully updated while preserving their original character and footprint. Because of that, the bathrooms and bedrooms are smaller than those found in modern construction, and we strive to represent the layout accurately through our photos and descriptions. We were also surprised by the comments regarding the beds, as the mattresses have been recently replaced to improve guest comfort. As with any mattress, comfort is ultimately a matter of personal preference. We’re glad you found the cabin clean, as providing a clean and welcoming environment is one of our highest priorities. It’s also one of the reasons so many of our guests have rated their stays so highly, resulting in our 9.5 overall rating. Many visitors appreciate the charm and history of these vintage cabins and which is why we have repeat seasonal guests. We’re proud to offer an authentic Up North experience while continuing to make thoughtful improvements. We value all guest feedback and recognize that every traveler has different expectations.
