Family friendly

Great location and lots of space. The patio area is great. We were able to have family over and enjoyed to screened in Lani and yard. Walk to the beach was a little farther than anticipated but worked out ok

Winter getaway to the beaches and house with a pool

The large kitchen, comfortable beds, private garage and pool were perfect for a winter getaway. We really liked this clean home and spacious patio seating. Highly recommend.

National Championship week

The communication with Anna was great. She actually allowed us to check in early due to early arrival. I had driven 12 hours so you can imagine how exhausted I was. The location was in an excellent neighborhood. We didn’t have to drive far for my son’s football games all week. Would I book with her again, absolutely!

It was just ok

The pool area was nice even though not heated. Kitchen had everything we needed. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable with very old mattresses. None of the beach umbrellas were usable.

Lovely home in a great location

It is close to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants and grocery stores. The home is beautiful and very clean. We didn't have good weather so we unfortunately didn't get to use the pool, but I would have loved to. The outdoor backyard patio would have been a great place to hang out and relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring getaway

The property was exactly what we expected. The weather was perfect. The beach chairs and umbrellas made going to the beach perfect. I just wish the pool was a littler bit warmer. Other then that everything was perfect.

2 week stay

Overall our 2 week stay was fine. The house is as it is listed. The neighborhood is in a good location and centrally located. However, the neighborhood does seem to be going through a transition. The type of homes and condition of those homes were all over the board. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space. I don't think the kitchen is properly stocked for the number of people that can sleep there. Four coffee mugs, minimal glassware, knives that barely worked, etc. I also question if the home was stocked for a two week stay as we ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Instructions on how to use the television would be appreciated. The lanai is lovely, the pool is unheated (which I knew, but still unfortunate). Plenty of seating on the lanai which is where we spent a majority of our time. The grounds around the lanai could use some work. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The communication with the property owner was nice, but I wish we didn't even have to. Overall, the home was sufficient for our needs.

Good place to stay in Naples

Overall, we were happy with our stay at this property. The pool area and bedrooms were a good size but found the living room a bit small for our family. It was clean and worked for us for the most part. I was very disappointed they didn't have a gas grill, but that was not listed on their amenities. Pool was very nice to have but wished it was heated. We really enjoyed our stay and access to everything Naples.

Tennis training

The house was great, the weather wasn't, it rained every day. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. The screened in pool was nice. A little cool but with not much sun the solar panels weren't able to heat the pool. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Great stay for Labor Day Weekend

We really enjoy staying in the Naples Park neighborhood near Delnor-Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches, close to everything. The home was perfect, beautifully appointed with everything we could need, very clean and updated decor, plenty of linens and extra towels, etc. Pool and covered patio area was amazing, we spent most of our time out there having fun in the water. Highly recommend this property and we would surely book again in the future! A+++

July 2023 Stay

Some details about our stay that factored it not being 5stars. The house was renovated but it wasn’t recently. There’s a ton of rugs, mostly old and worn everywhere. TVs are old except for the the in the Master but it covers the mirror. House had stale smell, looks like no one has been there a couple of months based off reviews. When we arrived no ceiling fans were on, pool pump was off so pool was full of bugs and low on water. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper & with 6 adults that is unsatisfactory. AC struggled to cool because it was not lowered prior to our arrival & when we checked the filter it was filthy. I did communicate the pool issue within an hour of check in Friday. Unfortunately the pool guy didn’t come until we went out to dinner last night after 7pm on Saturday so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool during our stay. Positives were that we did have clean linens, plenty of towels but not having enough toilet tissue to was just disappointing because we had to go out at 10pm to Walgreens to buy a pack. There was beach chairs, umbrellas in the garage so that’s a plus if you need them.

Wonderful home!

I rented this house for my grandfather and me so he could visit some old friends in Naples for a long weekend. What drew me to it was the two bedrooms and two bathroom (one with a walk-in shower large enough to put a seat in which was important for him as he has mobility issues). The location was incredibly convenient. The pool was very clean and warm. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall perfect stay!

Great Find in North Naples

The property was exactly as listed. Very well appointed and very clean. Screened in lanai and pool were what drew me to this home. Very close and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Great home base for our Florida getaway to visit family in the area as well as downtown Naples.

Perfect House in Great Location

The home was lovely for our family vacation. The set up was perfect with 6 people. I had our two boys on each couch bed and our girls shared the 2nd bedroom. There was plenty of seating around the dining room table for us to play games and eat. The patio/pool area is plenty big enough to enjoy the outdoors. The beach is less than a 1/2 hour walk from the home or a short drive in the car. Anna was very reponsive with a minor issue we had at the beginning of the trip...nothing that would make me take stars off this wonderful home!

Great house

This was a great house for our stay in Naples. Be prepared to drive a lot - not a many places within walking distance. Wish we could’ve used the pool but we chose the coldest weekend in recent history in Naples.

Exactly what we needed

Really great property, comfortable accommodations in a great, safe neighborhood not too far from the beach. Owner was very kind and even allowed us a late check out so our infant could stay on their nap schedule which was very appreciated. Would only request that owner messaged back and forth on the app, as I sent a few messages that went unreturned. Additionally, I would recommend adding in a few more dishes to the pantry as it was just a bit sparse. Overall, really solid stay at a good value.

Getaway with husband to visit grand kids who live in the area

Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker as we had coffee and filters that we brought with. It was nice as our daughter and grandkids live close by so we were able to see them and able to have them come over for a cookout and swim. Would definitely rent this place again!

Nice but needs some furniture upgrades

Check in was bumpy, we asked to be notified if we could get in early, instead we were told cleaning service was running behind and could not check in until after 5PM (a small inconvenience). Place is very nice and clean. The pool is lovely. Some of the furniture is underwhelming. Outside the table is too small to eat a meal at. The couches and chairs outside are very small, would not seat more than 4. Inside, the dining table is small and dining chairs are plastic and not very sturdy, like a high school desk chair. The master bedroom is very nice, comfortable mattress. We did report that the MBR sliding door lock was broken, it was not fixed while were there. The 2nd bedroom is nice but needs some black out blinds - the orange curtains create a bright orange glow in the room every morning (annoying to a teen that wants to sleep in). Having the garage door opener was fantastic convenience. The beach chairs, coolers, and towels were excellent as well. Stock of extras was plenty - blankets, towels, soaps, etc. Overall, a nice home that could use a few furniture upgrades.
