Naples’ first trip

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend stay at this VRBO rental in Naples, FL. The house was spotless upon arrival, which made settling in a breeze, and its location couldn’t have been better—just a short ride to the beach. The private pool was a highlight of the trip, offering the perfect spot for relaxation and fun for our whole family group. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the peaceful, well-kept neighborhood added to the experience. We’d gladly return for another stay!

Winter getaway to the beaches and house with a pool

The large kitchen, comfortable beds, private garage and pool were perfect for a winter getaway. We really liked this clean home and spacious patio seating. Highly recommend.

Family friendly

Great location and lots of space. The patio area is great. We were able to have family over and enjoyed to screened in Lani and yard. Walk to the beach was a little farther than anticipated but worked out ok

National Championship week

The communication with Anna was great. She actually allowed us to check in early due to early arrival. I had driven 12 hours so you can imagine how exhausted I was. The location was in an excellent neighborhood. We didn’t have to drive far for my son’s football games all week. Would I book with her again, absolutely!

Lovely home in a great location

It is close to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants and grocery stores. The home is beautiful and very clean. We didn't have good weather so we unfortunately didn't get to use the pool, but I would have loved to. The outdoor backyard patio would have been a great place to hang out and relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring getaway

The property was exactly what we expected. The weather was perfect. The beach chairs and umbrellas made going to the beach perfect. I just wish the pool was a littler bit warmer. Other then that everything was perfect.

Great Find in North Naples

The property was exactly as listed. Very well appointed and very clean. Screened in lanai and pool were what drew me to this home. Very close and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Great home base for our Florida getaway to visit family in the area as well as downtown Naples.

Great stay for Labor Day Weekend

We really enjoy staying in the Naples Park neighborhood near Delnor-Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches, close to everything. The home was perfect, beautifully appointed with everything we could need, very clean and updated decor, plenty of linens and extra towels, etc. Pool and covered patio area was amazing, we spent most of our time out there having fun in the water. Highly recommend this property and we would surely book again in the future! A+++

Getaway with husband to visit grand kids who live in the area

Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker as we had coffee and filters that we brought with. It was nice as our daughter and grandkids live close by so we were able to see them and able to have them come over for a cookout and swim. Would definitely rent this place again!

Tennis training

The house was great, the weather wasn't, it rained every day. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. The screened in pool was nice. A little cool but with not much sun the solar panels weren't able to heat the pool. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Wonderful home!

I rented this house for my grandfather and me so he could visit some old friends in Naples for a long weekend. What drew me to it was the two bedrooms and two bathroom (one with a walk-in shower large enough to put a seat in which was important for him as he has mobility issues). The location was incredibly convenient. The pool was very clean and warm. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall perfect stay!

Perfect House in Great Location

The home was lovely for our family vacation. The set up was perfect with 6 people. I had our two boys on each couch bed and our girls shared the 2nd bedroom. There was plenty of seating around the dining room table for us to play games and eat. The patio/pool area is plenty big enough to enjoy the outdoors. The beach is less than a 1/2 hour walk from the home or a short drive in the car. Anna was very reponsive with a minor issue we had at the beginning of the trip...nothing that would make me take stars off this wonderful home!

2 week stay

Overall our 2 week stay was fine. The house is as it is listed. The neighborhood is in a good location and centrally located. However, the neighborhood does seem to be going through a transition. The type of homes and condition of those homes were all over the board. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space. I don't think the kitchen is properly stocked for the number of people that can sleep there. Four coffee mugs, minimal glassware, knives that barely worked, etc. I also question if the home was stocked for a two week stay as we ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Instructions on how to use the television would be appreciated. The lanai is lovely, the pool is unheated (which I knew, but still unfortunate). Plenty of seating on the lanai which is where we spent a majority of our time. The grounds around the lanai could use some work. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The communication with the property owner was nice, but I wish we didn't even have to. Overall, the home was sufficient for our needs.

Naples Park always a good location

Naples Park is a great location for all that the Naples area has to offer. We have stayed in Naples Park half a dozen times now, and previously owned a property in Bonita Springs for 10 years. This property was typical of some of the older properties you get in Naples Park. To rent a newer property you would pay a lot more. We had a great vacation. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Thank you Anna, we had a great time.

Great location, very nice property

The property is very nice and the listing details are very accurate. The communication from host is impeccable and the check in process very easy. The location is fantastic! Like other reviews, the only thing you should be aware of is that the pool is not heated. Overall, great place to stay.
