Nottingham Lodge is an 11 bedroom luxury lodge. Providing the ultimate in elegance, fun & amenities, this 3 story, 10,000+ sq. ft. lodge sleeps up to 46 people.

With just over 10,000 square feet, Nottingham Lodge is a true Lodge with 11 bedrooms - all ensuite, 1 half bath and two commercial restrooms on the main level/Level 2 down the hall from the living room. Also on the main level are 6 King bedrooms, 1 hot tub, 1 swim spa, natural gas line fire pit area, 2 natural gas line grills, 2 laundry units, double kitchen and an amazing large gas fireplace in the grand living room. It’s amazing! Nottingham Lodge greets you with a larger-than-life stacked stone fireplace Walk into the grand dining hall with the large log beams in the ceiling and the large wrought iron chandeliers. Simply breathtaking! With the Double Kitchen there is a commercial ice machine!

Level 1/Bottom Level has a Double King bedroom and 2 King bedrooms with Double Queen bunks all with private baths. A half bath is in the hallway. The Entertainment is here! Theater Room! Game Room! Arcade Room! Plus a Basketball game and poker tables!

Level 2/Main Level has a double laundry, double kitchen, commercial ice maker, double refrigerator, dining hall, 6 king bedroom ensuites, living room with massive gas fireplace.

Level 3/Top Level completes the sleeping amenities of a King bedroom with a single pull out and a Double King bedroom both with private baths.


With 13 King beds, 2 Queen bunkbeds and pull outs, there’s bound to be enough sleeping accommodations for any group.

Nottingham Lodge is perfect for business meetings, church groups, large family gatherings with exceptional parking capacity for all and even accommodates Charter busses!

Overall a good experience but could use some TLC.

The property was nice overall and the open family room and fireplace were great. This was a good experience but property could use some TLC. Here is the list of negatives. Some of the beds need replaced in the basement. They had really big indentions and ours sounded like the springs were coming out the bottom. The rooms upstairs and downstairs were pretty hot and the thermostats didn’t seem to control the temperature correctly. Many doors had really loose door handles so did the kitchen cabinet hinges, just need tightened up. Although the place was not dirty, we felt it could use a good spring cleaning, ceiling registers/ furniture wiped down/ etc. The floor squeaks really bad in kitchen. We only had one bent pool stick to play pool, the rest were broken. The ping pong table was really warped. The theater didn’t get used because you couldn’t stream a movie, dvd or cable only(TV to old. It would not update streaming apps,I believe.) Arcade games were old Atari mainly so didn’t get played much. The view wasn’t very good, it sits against a large hill. Trash needs picked up around the back deck.

What an awesome cabin!!

We took a group of students from our church to this cabin and WOW!! What a beautiful property!! It was everything we needed and more!! Any questions I had, the host was very quick to respond and very nice. The cabin overall was spacious and the floor plan and amen were very well thought out. I can’t say enough great things about this cabin and we’ll definitely be back!!

Nottingham Lodge

The place is amazing! Absolutely beautiful property. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. We hated leaving :). It was in a perfect location to Pigeon Forge, close enough to do things, but far enough away, you wouldn’t guess a busy tourist strip was minutes away. We look forward to staying again, and will most likely check out the Florida properties.

Perfect place for the perfect vacation

I stayed at this amazing cabin with my whole family, we were a group of 43 people and this place was just perfect, it has everything you can imagine and it’s very neat. The host was very nice responsive and she made sure everything was just perfect for us to enjoy the place.

New Beginnjngs Church WOJ

The property was absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of room & loved that there is a bathroom for every bedroom. Gathering in the theater room, game room, hot tub or spacious living room in front of the fire, were enjoyed by many! Close to Pigeon Forge & LeConte Center this property is ideal for large groups.

Nottingham Lodge

The overall rating is high because it is a great building and the inside openness for family interactions was excellent. The hot tub and swim spa were nice and the grandness of the living room quite impressive. Furniture and equipment in game room was poor. Multiple broken chairs, broken air hockey, and echo makes games less fun. Recommend something to dampen sound. The pool table and balls nice, but the cues were trashed and writing on the ceiling need cleaned off. Basketball game didn’t work properly; needs a new score/timer. One of the Arcade games was broken too, didn’t work at all. Overall ‘gaming’ area needs a lot of improvement. The Theater room decent, railings are wobbly, tv connections confusing, but overall good experience; watching football game together was very fun. The Grill was just horrible; Extremely dirty and cleaning with broken grill brush gross. Electric start doesn’t work, having a Timer made it worse as a long grill session was stopped and had to take grill apart to restart it. Back lighting needs improved, also. Hose didn’t reach swim spa. Lack of trash cans in house and especially small one in kitchen. Small bedroom TVs. Kitchen equipment could be much nicer; quality and organization could be improved. It was a fairly decent kitchen setup, though.Rocking chairs on decks were poor quality, many broken and unsafe. For what this place cost, it would be nice to have well maintained vacation amenities and more care for small details.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed all the features of the property from the spacious kitchen to the hot tub in back deck to the home theater. Lovely. Even had bear near property. It was also great to be only 15 minutes to the entrance of the Smoky Mountain Park!

Beyond expectations

This place was even bigger and better than expected!! It was clean, stocked with kitchen utensils, more than enough space for sleeping, eating and hanging out!!! We couldn’t believe how beautiful the property was and it had so many accommodations! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and super responsive during our stay!! Anything from needing garbage picked up to as little as needing batteries for remotes it was handled quickly and efficiently! Property location was perfect, close enough to enjoy the attractions but just off in the mountains enough to relax and enjoy the scenery! Highly recommend Nottingham Lodge!

Lovely property, steps away from community pool. Hot tub issue was handled, communication was very quick. Most of the rooms need new beds but everything else was great.

Softball tournament trip!

The house was way better than the pictures! We had a softball tournament in the Pigeon Forge area for the week, so we decided to rent a house along with 8 of the families on the softball team. This consisted of a total of a total of 36 people. There was so much room, enough for everyone to have their own bed, bathroom, and seperate space if needed. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for team meals and the downstairs was perfect for all of the kiddos that we had. The outside space was great for grilling, practicing, and just hanging out. We saw a few bears among other animals. This places was perfect for our 6 night stay!

Best cabin ever!!!!!

We were absolutely amazed with this cabin. The photos do not do it justice! We had a family of 26 stay here to celebrate our parents 58th Anniversary and also my dads 78th birthday and we had a blast! More than enough room. The absolute best host ever. When we got there previous people had left a broken crockpot and she brought one immediately to us. You won’t find a better host! Tari was great and kept in communication with us if I asked anything ! Thanks so much for this experience! Very clean, well taken care of and beside an outdoor pool! Even though it wasn’t open when we were there I plan to be back and experience the pool! Thank you Tari!!!!!!

Great Deal!

The bottom line is this was a great property with lots to do in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Every year, a group of us friends (some single, some married) get together in a different part of the country to hang out with each other. We were all a little nervous about this area because we were concerned everything would be focused on kids. However, as adults, we all stayed busy and had enough to do for four days (hiking, go-karts, wine and whiskey tastings, etc.) The house was great and nobody felt like it was too crammed.
