This was a in a great location for our stay and the condo had enough space for all 6 of us. The property manager was quick and responsive to our questions and requests. I would stay here again.

Great place!

My family and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and the place had all the amenities we needed.

Lake Tahoe is amazing and so is Incline Village. Close to all of the things my family wanted to experience. The rental was very clean and well appointed. I can't wait for our return visit.

Check in was seamless and the kitchen was well equipped with supplies to make breakfast. The only negative was there were stains and hairs on some of the towels and pillowcases. Overall the location was convenient in Incline, and I appreciate the stay!

Incline Village rental

The rental was exceptionally clean. It was very comfortable and homey. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Very enjoyable stay

Great stay!

We had a really wonderful time staying here. The check-in process was easy and the manager was just a text away to answer all of our questions. We loved the wood burning fireplace - so cozy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Located down the street from grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops so it was in a really convenient spot. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Winter vacation

Thanks for having us. Location was good, place was clean and management company was communicating with us thoroughly. Everything we were looking for in a ski trip weekend at incline village.

We felt like home the minute we got in! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and very quiet sleeping, super large screen tv and comfortable living room with rocking chairs and nice pillows . Beautiful plates, glasses, and shades. We had a great stay! And it was close to grocery store and our favorite ski resort, and easy parking.

Comfortable

We skied at Diamond Peak. The location is great, less than 1 mile from the ski resort. It is perfect size for a family of four. It'd be great if the towels could be replaced by new ones.

Simple process

Check in and the entire stay was easy. The subdivision can be a little confusing to get around at first but the neighborhood is quiet.

Highly recommend

Place was super clean and very spacious! Great location , ample parking ! Equipped with all your needs . Only a few blocks from the Hyatt and beach . The only problem is that the beds were not comfortable so could not get a good nights rest. Aside from that would stay here again.

Bathroom needs updating. Bathroom door in master is warped. Only 3 bath towels in both downstairs bathrooms

Tahoe 2022

We always stay in mountain shadow! Best location to everything! Been going for 15 years! The units are all very similar, spacious and comfortable! It would be great if there was a removable gate for the stairs as we had a toddler but our friends in the area provided that for us! Otherwise perfect!

Great location, spotless, and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. I liked that it was very close to skiing, upscale dining, and the beach. The home itself is showing some wear, kitchen drawers falling when you open them, toilets take a few minutes to flush, things like that, but otherwise all good. We used the kitchen for preparing a meal and we had what we needed. I really liked the welcome to the property at the management office, very friendly, helpful, and a complimentary bottle of wine and coffee for the morning.

Difficulty entering initially. Office help was good helping us.Only 1 TV. Need one in bedroom.Terrible TV feed.Cheap kitchen appliances.Condo didn't really fit us as an elderly couple with some physical issues.

Awesome Tahoe Getaway

The condo was exactly as pictured, quaint and homey. Perfect for our family of four and two grandkids. We were concerned about watching the Super Bowl and management actually came to the unit to show us how to access the appropriate channel. Very personable check in staff, helpful and accommodating. Helpful hints: if you cook, as we often did, you’ll need a cookie sheet and a large pot if you’re making soups. The fireplace was great for ambiance and S’mores.

We had such a great stay here for our ski getaway. The property itself was exactly what we were hoping for- very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It felt cozy after long days on the mountain, and the location was ideal with easy access to everything we needed.The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some challenges with arrival. The instructions for locating the unit weren’t very clear, and the pathway/entry wasn’t shoveled when we arrived. After spending close to an hour trying to find the correct unit, we ended up having to shovel a path ourselves just to access the door. On top of that, the keypad initially didn’t work, which made us think we were at the wrong place.Once we got inside, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. With a bit more attention to arrival instructions and snow maintenance, this would easily be a 5-star experience. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Nice, but needs a few things

the unit was very clean and the common area was large enough, however, each bedroom was small, the bathrooms are small and each bedroom is in need of a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Also, each bedroom could have a TV. It would have been nice to have A/C.
