I couldn't ask for more. This place met or needs. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The A/C worked great during the hot days. Would book here again.

Lots of issues with check in both with timing and understand parking and rules. Port A Escapes were very helpful and responsive when we were in town not after we left. As for the unit great set up for multiple families. So much space. The unit is comfortable but showing a lot of wear and tear. Fridge takes forever to cool so have patience. Air conditioning works great and beds are comfy. Better instructions need to be left for the house that don’t contradict the listing.

Great Port A family base for Spring Break

This was a great location for 2 families (teenage and college age kids) for 4 days of Spring Break. Would recommend and stay again.

Port Aransas dream

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a great location. It was clean and very roomy. We had family from 7 yrs old to 87 yrs old and everyone had a fantastic time. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

Family Port A

House and neighborhood was great, proximity to a beach access is a pretty good hike so a golf cart or car is a must for beach days.

Perfect size for our family! Loved that there was a bathroom for all 4 bedrooms. The house was pristine clean. We rented a golf cart which made it quick and easy to get to the beach. Would highly recommend this house!

It was a great stay. Clean. The little yard area was nice. Neighborhood was pretty. The house is in a great area.

Annual Fam Bam Beach Trip!!

Thank you for another comfortable, secure place to stay for summer getaway! Great place, location, and quick drive or walk to beach. We did have an issue with the washer power but they came and fixed it before we got back from beach. Have fun!

First place we’ve stayed that had everything we needed in the kitchen including from keurig, kitchen utensils, pots & pans. Enough room to park all our vehicles & golf cart. Allowed our two frenchie’s so we could all enjoy family time together ❤️

Vasquez Spring Break

Stay was amazing 👏 and I cant wait until next time. Everything was presentable and the communication with the staff was excellent. We had a small issue with AC but the time coordination of maintenance was supurb. Very feiendly and quick. Thank you for a great stay!

Tons of seating

Nice house, could use some upkeep but overall nice. One of the showers has absolutely no water pressure and the neighborhood was very compact. House has plenty of room, very spacious

Perfect Port A Experience

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying in this house. We always enjoy Port A and have stayed at dozens of condos and homes but this house everything we need. It's big enough to accommodate last minute kids that always seem to join our group without cramping the parents. The location next to the pool is perfect and you can get anywhere on the island in a golf cart. Parking can be challenged and the neighborhood security is up tight which could be a good or bad.

Pleasant enough

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture was very in need of up date, the legs on the dining chairs were barely hanging on. Some of the chairs I didn't want to sit on, so stained. Towel bars and toilet paper bar falling off the wall.

The place was nice. It was fairly clean could us some touch ups. Ac was not working properly .

We had lots of room and enjoy things a lot. Parking was hard. Although we had 4 parking passes drive way very hard to navigate. Ac was not working correctly. Not nearly enough towels for the rental. We had to do laundry everyday to have towels. Beds were comfortable and spacious .
