Loved cooking in the kitchen all day. Loved the sound of the foghorn and the comfort of the living room. We were very cozy the entire weekend.

Great property. Inside, everything you could want or need. If you can’t find it, you’re illiterate or blind. This property lays everything out for you with labels on virtually all drawers and cupboards. All in excellent condition. We experienced fog this time of year. But that’s the geography. I would absolutely stay again.

The host was absolutely amazing. The house was wonderful. Very accommodating for our fur babies. Would highly recommend staying here anytime we will definitely be going back.

This trip was splendid for me and my goldendoodle. The cottage had a great location, close to the ocean and it was the perfect size. A little problem with the host's phone number not going thru on the check in but everything worked out fine after that. Most of the time, I cooked my own meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. Sandy was most helpful in referring me to Furry Family Doggy Daycare where I dropped off my dog so I could hike on Jedidiah Smith trails that don't allow dogs. She also mailed me back my doggy dish which I had forgotten when I checked out. All in all, it was a great trip and I'm sure my dog would agree with a woof woof. I hope to come back and bring my wife next time.

This cottage was so homey for us and our dogs! The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed, beds were so comfortable and the fenced yard was green and a perfect place for pups to run and play. Sandy beaches were nearby and CC Diner had the best burgersThank you Sandy for sharing your home away from home we loved our whole stay

This home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and all neatly labeled so there was no hunting for anything. The living room featured a gas fireplace and a large screen TV to unwind after a day of hiking in the redwoods. Loved being able to walk to the tide pools and beach or use a bench on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Sandy was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Whale Watch. The house came furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, well maintained and right on the door step of the Redwoods. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Sandy was awesome as usual. The house was very cozy. My doxie absolutely loves the back yard
The sunset was gorgeous. This is picture was taken from the back yard.
The weather was nice and sunny to walk on the beach.

Fall Getaway

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage just perfect for the two of us and the dog. Easy access to town and the beach. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. A great place to stay.

Great location. Wonderful home. Very responsive host

We chose this location for seeing the Redwoods. It was perfect. And we loved the closeness to the beach with its tide pools.

We had a great stay here. 4 adults 1 child. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Very clean indoor and out. The outdoor space was fantastic. We will stay there again. Close to the beach you could hear the waves and a short walk and you were at the ocean.

Loved this house!!!!

Perfect location and very well stocked! Comfortable master bed! Backyard was great for dogs and people to hangout in! We loved this house and will definitely stay here again!!!

Great location

The home is perfect for a couple or two. It’s well stocked with appliances. The location is great and Sandy was very accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to the area.

Great place

Loved our stay in Crescent City. House was literally a stones throw from the ocean. Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book the Whale Watch Cottage when in the area again!

Perfect Redwoods Base Camp

We loved staying at this house in crescent beach for our redwoods trip. It was well positioned to be a base camp as we explored beaches and redwoods for a week. It's just a minute walk to see Pebble Beach and is a short drive to other great beaches and the redwoods parks.
