Our stay at the Villa was AMAZING!!! From the minute we arrived we were in paradise!! Everything you could possibly need is there for you!! All the rooms were gorgeous with comfortable beds and the views, OUTSTANDING!!! Now let me get to the best part, the outdoor space, WOW!!! The pool, the lounge areas and the walk down to the crystal clear turquoise ocean, Breathtaking!! House management was great and meeting Chef Kamar was a highlight of our trip!!!! Book your stay here, you will NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!!

This villa was more than I expected it to be. It was perfect in every way it was secluded where you had privacy, but close enough that you could get anywhere within a few minutes time I loved my stay so much that I didn’t want to leave! The host was very informative very quick to answer. Any question we might have had . This Villa had so much room I loved the movie room, the large living spaces the large bedrooms and each room had an ocean view. I loved the pool, especially the stairs that walk right down to the ocean. I would definitely recommend over and over again. I can’t wait for our next stay!!!

This house was perfect for our group of friends. We could spend all day at outdoor patio, pool and beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and check in process and communication was super easy. We would love to stay here again in the future!

What an amazing stay- we loved everything about this property. It really is the nicest beach we found on the island- right outside the door. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals for our family. Communication with the manager was easy. Beds were comfortable. There is so much common space for all of your guests to find privacy when needed but also to gather as a group for a movie in the home theater or a meal together at the dining table. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family.

The Villa was amazing! My family had a wonderful week. The pool and private beach was phenomenal. This was our first visit to TCI but hope to return in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Turks and Caicos! The views were absolutely stunning — every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The villa had so much space, perfect for our group to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully designed for comfort and style.The outdoor area was the highlight — we spent most of our time enjoying the breeze, taking in the ocean views, and relaxing by the pool.

Excellent Property, as depicted but better

Needed a place with 5-6 bedrooms for family vacation, diving. This exceeded our expectations, bigger than I pictured, beautiful pool, really nice beach almost totally to ourselves, very safe, very responsive property manager. All family members said this was a perfect vacation, loved the villa.

Great property. Jojo was amazing and very attentive. It would have been nicer to have the house cleaners, the pool cleaners and the landscapers all in one day vs the services spread throughout the week.

We just returned from an amazing week in early July at Villa de Ligera! We were greeted by Jojo who showed us around the property and was very helpful all week. The home is as beautiful as the pictures and the location was perfect. The breezes and blue/green ocean colors were spectacular! And no bugs at all!The main level rooms were spacious for our family of 12 and the kitchen was well-stocked, though no A/C and it did get quite warm sometimes. Four very large fans helped a lot. All the bedrooms had A/C and Jojo advised us to keep the bedroom doors shut to keep them cool.Having two refrigerators with filtered water and two washer/dryer sets was so convenient. Though not listed in the villa description, the Media room certainly was an added bonus. One of the king bedrooms actually seems to be a double.We spent lots of time in pool and enjoyed private access to the beach where we kayaked daily. Highlights included visiting the beautiful Grace Bay beaches, going snorkeling and fishing by boat, attending the Thursday Night Fish Fry, and fun dining at Castaways, Omars, Blue Water Bistro, and Cocovan to name a few.Food is expensive and did as some friends suggested and brought one suitcase full of groceries and favorite snacks and a carry-on of frozen meats. That proved very helpful. Electricity is expensive as well and there is an added fee if you go over the villa allotment. We did not go over, but we were careful about our use.We all highly recommend this villa!
