Love the history of the property. Beautiful views and wonderful Host. The washer in the house stopped working and they had it replaced the same day.

This was one of 3 houses in the same neighborhood rented for a family reunion in Sodus Point. Location was perfect, as it was easy to walk to the other houses and into town. Nice to have the lighthouse right across the street as an attraction. This house was perfect for the family with 2 parents and four teens. The spiral staircase was not a problem for them. The place was very clean and cozy.

Great Sodus Point Cottage!

Excellent property, very accessible to all things that Sodus Point offers. Great communication, easy all around. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely home

Absolutely loved our stay. We have rented several times in the past and will continue to do so. Tyler is a great host and the property is awesome!

Always Perfect!

Another fantastic stay at the cottage! It’s the perfect location and one of our favorite spots is the back patio-it’s private and quiet but you can still see Lake Ontario. We are absolutely in love with this rental!!!

Sodus Point Vacation

Was a very nice clean home and close to everything. We really enjoyed the fireworks that we watched from the end of the driveway. Would recommend this home for anyone wanting a peaceful Sodus Point vacation.

Family getaway

No need to pack anything, just check-in and relax. The owner's attention to detail is amazing and the the neighborhood has everything you need. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Very clean and quaint cottage with a partial nice lake view

The owner Janice was very warm and welcoming! When we arrived she had a bottle of wine chilled and ready for us! The house was clean and tidy!

Good Times at Martha's Place on the Point

Our family enjoyed all that Martha's place and Sodus Point offered us! We all had our space while having quality areas to gather as a family. Everything we needed was there or close by. It's a peaceful place with lovely water views and sights to enjoy! We'd recommend checking it out

Sodus Point rental

What an amazing place! Owners are absolutely wonderful and accommodating! Property is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful! We had a fabulous time in Sodus Point a d staying in this beautiful property! Cute Cottage!

Enjoyed our stay in this peaceful cottage. Great location! Could see the lake from the patio. It was definitely enough space for the 4 of us. A quick drive to the Sodus Point Beach was lovely. Being across the street from the lighthouse was a bonus too. Owner responsive to messages!

Great location! Close to downtown restaurants and the beach. Downside was it could get noisy at night with live bands playing downtown but we had a white noise machine that covered it up.

Cute House, Excellent Location

The location of the property really stands out. It is located across the street from the lighthouse museum and has a lake view from the front of the house. Its also walking distance to the main part of town. The house was really cute, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. The back patio was a really nice, quiet and private spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Overall, we had a great time and would return in the future.

Awesome memories!

My aunt and uncle used to stay at this property for years every summer, when they passed we decided to continue the tradition and we absolutely love the property and the hosts are awesome! Convenient location, walk to everything. Never have to take the car out. So peaceful and serene. Just sit back as relax you will love it here!!
