Come and enjoy your stay at our lovely Rustic Charm. Unit features wooden vaulted ceiling, living area, a queen bed by the living area, full kitchen, dining table, shower, TV, deck balcony with a hot tub, Gas Stove (fireplace). Enjoy some bubbles by the Big Thompson River, you have full access to the river, however fishing license is needed. Free parking is available on the property. Unit is accessible. Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best.it may go in and out at times we have a studio that sleeps 2 behind the kozy kove cabin it can be added to your reservation for an additional fee message us for more details

Cleanest place we’ve stayed and everything was great! Hot tub, location, condition of the cabin were all top notch. We’ll definitely stay here again!

For a cozy cabin it was perfect for my husband and I. National Park 10 minutes away. Host was accommodating.

Great location and the small river/hot tub was nice. Good place if you plan to be gone most of the day and just looking for a good location to hiking.

We enjoyed our stay in the Rustic Charm room. The cabin is just off the highway, but road noise was not an issue. It has a nice view of the river and is conveniently located for hiking and visiting downtown Estes Park. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking.

Amazing stay and fly fishing!

We loved our time spent at this cabin! Very clean, perfectly stocked for 2, and great fly fishing out back (on private property—so no one else was there). Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway!

Cute little cabin, very clean very relaxing next to the river hot tub was nice. It does take a full day to get to 104 but it was peaceful on the patio next to the river. I recommend for a weekend getaway.

Nice accommodations. The river behind the property was pretty. Queen bed was comfortable. The only thing we didn’t care for was the property was directly off a main road-traffic sounds all night. With that said, we’d book it again.

Mountain get away

Perfect for our trip to escape the heat in Louisiana, the river flowing right out your back door plus the hot tub, was amazing.

Great place

Quiet, peaceful beautiful place to stay. I loved staying in the river and listening to it during the night. The cabin was very neat and clean. I also like the fact it was out of town a little bit got away from the crowded areas. We would go back and stay there again.

Rustic Charm for sure!

The cabin is very cute! The hot tub and patio backing up to the Big Thompson was lovely. Only 5 minute drive to Estes Park was perfect.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. The traffic on nearby road was a bit noisy and the loveseat not super comfy but other than that it was great! The view of stream from back patio was nice!

Nice place

Close to Estes Park and RMNP, beautiful setting on the river. Located right on the road, so there is some noise. Overall good value.

Was overall very satisfied with the property. The location was great. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the hot tub. It took forever to heat up, so if you are wanting to use it in the evening, make sure you turn it on in the morning.

The hot tub is fine they are set at 100-104 all the time dont leave the lid open when not in use and make sure the temp is set accordingly

Canyon River

The canyon river cabin was right on the road outside of Estes Park. It had cute rustic decorations, a full kitchen and a great porch to enjoy right by the river. Perfect for our evening after Rocky Mountain National Park.
