This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom premium home is beautifully decorated in a sophisticated mountain style, with vaulted ceilings above a stone gas fireplace and a comfortably furnished living room. It’s located in a quiet residential area of Breckenridge, with easy access to town and the slopes via the free shuttle stop less the two blocks away. Outside, there’s a deck and patio with a gas grill and your own hot tub. And with two master suites, it’s a great home for two families to share.

The main level features a very open, modern layout. There’s plenty of seating in the living area to enjoy the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to make big mountain meals for your group. The cozy dining area has a large pine table with seating for eight people, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar.

The lower family room has another large flat-screen TV with a home theater system, a foosball table, and another fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washers/dryers and a garage with additional driveway parking (4 vehicles total). And you can rest easy knowing every Summit Mountain Rentals property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Plus, our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Main Level:
- Bunk suite: captain’s bunk (twin over full), private bathroom with tub/shower.
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 4: queen bed.
- Living area: sleeper sofa.
- Bathroom: tub/shower.

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for everyone to have some space when needed, yet we still were able to enjoy time together. I would stay at this house over and over.

Great Comfortable Stay!

This rental was an amazing experience. The home was comfortable and cozy. The amenities provided for the children were great as well! All in all no major issues during our stay!

The house completely met all of our needs as a family with adult children. Extremely enjoyed our time together. We were tgeee for a family wedding celebration. Will stay again.

Spacious home in Breck

We had an excellent stay at this home in Breck. It was more spacious than we were expecting. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Property manager was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay again! Very convenient to downtown and the mountain for skiing.

Very cool place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in town, but not smack in the middle of the bustle. The free bus stop just down the road is really handy. The house has a lot more dishes and kitchen items than listed, so that was a nice surprise. All in all it was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it.

Breck Family ski trip/January 2024

We take a family ski vacation every January. This year, 2024, we visited Breckenridge and stayed at the Rachel Lane VRBO. The accommodations were great. We were about a five-ten minute drive to the mountain. If you are looking for a rental that can accommodate a family of up to 11, the Rachel Lane rental is perfecto.

Solid house-convenient location

We brought our adult children and loved our fall vacation !! The home is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It comfortably sleeps nine but we stretched it with couches. Short drive to downtown Breckenridge. A lot of games.

Great place with kids.

Great place if you have teenage kids. Put them downstairs, they enjoyed having their own kitchen, TV, play area. Adults upstairs. Made for a great vacation. Master room was epic. Fireplace in bedroom, nice touch. Walking distance to shuttle to go skiing. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was a pretty easy bus trip to Breck (a 4 min walk to the shuttle then ~20 min from there). Great Birthday Getaway

Summit Rentals was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. We were very happy with the location and how close it was to downtown Breck. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home met our needs and we had a great time. The only items that might need to be addressed by the management company: the hot tub had a lot of debris left from previous usage and also the pipes make very loud banging sounds whenever running water (showers and toilets). Other than that everything was fantastic.

Great Location

This is a very nice home. Loved the fireplace in both the living room and master. It is in a great location with easy access to Main St and the lifts. Very clean. Everything you need to make a meal is there. All you need is the food.... The only suggestion I would have for the owners would be to add new bed pillows. Bring your own. The humidifier in the master cannot be used as it leaks. (of course you would not know unless told) I still give Rachel Lane 5 stars. Thank you for the use of your home! Dennis
