The place is very clean, the Host are so nice and accommodating. They are very fast with communication. Great views and a very convenient place to stay. This little place was so cool.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The deck was perfect for relaxing and drinking coffee, and my husband especially enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to booking this property again!

Teresa and Stephen were absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful. They are super sweet and right there anytime you need them :) we had the best weekend.

The place was easy to find, clean, and exactly as it was described. It was nice having a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and stores. My son especially enjoyed being able to swim in the pool everyday. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were very responsive and nice during our stay. However, for the price we paid, I felt like more energy could have went into cleaning. The shower head did not look like it had ever been cleaned and the shower was very small. We did have a lot of water bugs during the first day of our stay, but given the place is surrounded by water, we didn't get too upset over this. We did enjoy our time on the pier. If you're looking for somewhere to stay and fish off the pier, this is your place. My fiance caught a lot of shrimp and enjoyed sitting out there and seeing what he could catch. The pool was also not private at all so we didn't use it.

The hosts are awesome, and we could not have been happier with the choice of the Osprey Landing. If and when we return to that area, we will certainly stay there again; we already have recommended it to friends. Everything about it was better than anticipated, not that we had low expectations. 10 out of 10.

This is a great getaway spot if you’re looking for a lovely view, a quiet retreat, or a chance to fish in peace. The owners are nearby and helpful without being intrusive. The location is rustic, but comfortable.

Sneads Ferry

Great place to stay for those that don't require luxurious amenities and just need the basics. Everything is within driving distance and not much of a wait for anything. Enjoyed our time and hope to do it again soon!

Cute Place with a Great View!

We decided to stay here one night before our family came down and joined us for our yearly trip. It was so peaceful and nice to have some alone time! A very stylish and clean interior with everything we needed. The view off the dock is beautiful. The hosts were both very friendly!

Quiet little spot

We enjoyed our stay and it was quiet while we there. View was nice and we were able to see the fishing boats leave early in the morning. Weather was perfect. If I had to mention any negative, I would say the area outside for sitting and grilling could have been better maintained. Pine straw/leaves/trash/broken bricks made that area unappealing. Fans in the room were caked with dust and the shower head needed to be cleaned.

A little too rustic for my taste. If you’re a camper and would like a slight upgrade, this place is for you!We found ourselves overloading the electricity several times. Hosts were as accommodating as they could be given the situation (holiday weekend/guest lodging). Hosts were out at times when this happened, but we were able to flip the breaker as needed with instructions from the hosts. Communication was not bad, per se, just an overall inconvenience if you’re not expecting it.We made it work for 4 adults, but def stick with the 2 adults/2 children as indicated in the listing.The pool was a nice reprieve albeit rustic as well (pool situated between the host house and the guest lodging… felt we were depriving the host family of much needed pool time on such a hot weekend).You need to walk a little farther than what I’d like from the guest parking. You will also need to be comfortable with narrow stairs (bringing any luggage up and down from ground level to the lodging after toting it across the yard from the parking space provided… which is also on an incline).Overall giving it 3 stars. It’s difficult sometimes to understand what you’re getting into with just pictures and written descriptions so I’m giving the benefit of the doubt.Hosts were kind and very nice and were very accommodating for privacy purposes as much as they were able.

A++ hosts, cute spot

Teresa and her family are adorable and kind. Such nice people. Their spot is charming. The hamlet that is Sneads Ferry is a small fishing community. If fresh seafood is what you desire, buying it right off of the dock is not likely to be a problem here. We came by boat with a minimal draft.. no issues. The cottage is very spacious and well apportioned. Good job! I would not hesitate to recommend this location or the hosts!

Friendly Hosts and Small Town Charm

We had a great visit. Their guest addition is a great place to spend a few days. The unit is outfitted with everything you would need and includes some extras like coffee, some baked goods, and board games that are a fantastic touch. The pool is larger than the pictures make it seem and the kids had a blast splashing in it to beat the heat. The dock is a great place to fish and you can catch as many small croakers as you want. There are also plentiful blue crab to be caught if you have the right equipment. The balcony on the unit is a great place to look out over the water to see wildlife and awesome military equipment. We were lucky enough one night to see a military aircraft launching flares and it looked incredibly cool. We renting the kayak and had a great time paddling around. The water is incredibly shallow at every part we went to so you don't have to worry about your kiddos falling in... Children of any age would be able to stand up and have their head above water. North topsail beach is around a ten minute drive and is definitely worth checking out. It was never crowded when we went and the parking was free at several locations.

Lovely spot to relax and enjoy some quiet time . great view of the bay and sunsets awesome hosts as well so enjoyed our time yhere will definitely keep it in mind for the future
