The views of sunsets were top notch. We were also close to other amenities and very walkable. Parking was very convenient and was never full.

we really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed. It was great for the 4 of us. The only thing that didn’t work was the beach chairs. We took them to the beach and didn’t realize they were both broken. But that was ok we still enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Hawaii Vacation:

Had a very memorable vacation in Hawaii. Vacation rental was excellent and I can not say enough good things about the place and overall experience. Much much Mahalos!!!

Fun location

Ilikai Marina is a great location. Activity in the marina is always fun. Just a short walk to the beach. Parking was extremely convenient. Unit was a little tired but perfectly fine for our needs. Overall, totally recommend this property!

Fabulous view at reasonable rate

Mirrored walls give the unit the feeling of being larger (and good fung-shui!). Plenty of towels for shower and beach. Good firm bed--being slightly lower also adds to sense of spaciousness. Fabulous view from dining table next to lanai. TWO microwaves (but no oven ;-). Everything you'd need for a perfect holiday. Mahalo nui.

Communication with management was not good. Response time is very slow. Our lanai was being worked on- they blocked (from the outside) access to even open it. The window was bolted shut, thus making there no way to open for any fresh air. The manager’s response first said they shouldn’t be working on the lanai but would try and find something out from the property. Then the story changed to, “it was supposed to be completed May of 2025.” I figured they knew it would be worked on and didn’t reveal it when we reserved. VERY frustrated we didn’t have access to an open door or window for the fresh open air. I accidentally burned our dinner on the stove one night, and because we couldn’t open doors or windows, we had to open it into the hallway. Instead of communicating with the management, I walked down to speak with the security people. They weren’t helpful, but said they would document it. Felt like a HUGE fire hazard when I realized I had no way to get out, or ventilate anywhere. The couch was a terrible place for a 3rd person to sleep. The carpet was outdated and dingy. Everything was outdated. The bathroom isn’t in the best shape. You must hold down the toilet handle for about 20 seconds to ensure everything goes down. There are only 2 short glasses for drinking. No oven. The view was lovely. However, the doors and windows were incredibly filthy. The location is excellent. Will never stay in this unit again.

Everything was perfect. Only problem we had was watching TV. We did not understand how to operate the smart TV. We needed instruction how to operate TV.

VRVO Ilikai Marina Waikiki

Had a great time at the Ilikai Marina, great views, room was close to the ocean and shops, washer and dryer was a huge plus. Will be looking forward to future stays.

Ilikai Marina 17 day stay

We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in this building several times. The central location and view, marina side, are excellent. There is no comfortable seating in the LR. The futon couch shown is terrible. The King mattress is 6 inches thick, placed on a wood frame; most uncomfortable for more than 1 night. The stackable W/D is nice but check out the plumbing tubes adjacent,...filthy! Be prepared for their "minimal" starter kit. It's VERY minimal compared to the many other VRBO and HomeAway's we have stayed. Tried to discuss this with Manager and she becomes immediately defensive. On a positive note, the shower drain was very slow Day 1, and didn't drain at all within a few days. This was repaired immediately. We will always choose this location in the future, but certainly not this unit.

Bed frame dangerous

My wife and I bloodied our shins on the razor sharp corners of the bed foundation located at the foot of the bed...please request a fix for safety and enjoyment’s sake. Thank you

Aloha, This condo has a standard king size platform bed. We have not heard about people bumping into the bed before. We did not hear from this Guest during their stay either. We will be inspecting the bed to be certain nothing has changed and that all is in good order to be sure it is safe for all of our Guests. thank you, Hawaii Vacation Properties llc..

Great view & location but needs updating

Location and view were great also loved the keyless entry. Found the condo to be a bit dated and sparsely equipped/stocked and could have been cleaner. There was no facial tissue upon arrival, ran out of toilet paper, wasn’t well cleaned and for a unit with a washer/dryer was surprised that there was no laundry supplies.

Ilikai Marina #1192 (May 2019)

#1192 is a Condo on the 11th floor. The view of the Marina is wonderful, especially the sunsets. We appreciated having a clean condo with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is dated. It is walking distance to the beach, shops and bus stop. We enjoyed several meals at The Chart House, a restaurant below the condo. We would recommend a holiday in this condo, and hope to return one day. Thank you.

Beautiful Ocean View Room

Wonderful view of ocean! Sunset view every evening was gorgeous! Close walk to beach. A few thing I would've liked in room were having tissue, maybe supply each guest with single use laundry detergent and softener, maybe a few sugar packets... small conveniences. The toilet extremely hard to flush with handle. All in all would use again.

Great location, clean condo

Condo was very nice. Great location. Very clean. So nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. Bathroom door wouldn't close because the washer/dryer blocked it and bathroom needs updating, toilet was hard to flush, but would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We loved the view from the lanai, and the location of the building was perfect. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Great to have a king bed. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the bathroom door is hard to close because washer gets in the way. Otherwise a great stay. Thank you!

Great location

Convenient location close to ala Moama shopping centre and the beach. Pink line stopped a 100 meters away so transport was easy. Easy check in and a large condominium with all facilities needed. Would book again.

Aloha, This review seems odd. We did not receive a call or email from this Guest during their stay. No one has complained about the bed or kitchen inventory during the 5 weeks since. We have had the condo continuously rented since then and turned it and inspected it 3 times. We will certainly be checking it tomorrow (2/4/18) at the check out. We appreciate our Guests letting us know if something is wrong. We have staff available 7 days a week to address our Guest's concerns. Just call. Thank you.

Easy and convenient location. Keyless entry very nice.

The apartment was clean. Needed a few more kitchen supplies (decent flatware, glasses and dishes). Bathroom very dated and in need of redo. Overall, gorgeous views and location. Mahalo
