This wonderful 1,500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom town home features two master bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, and one double twin Mickey Mouse themed kids’ bedroom with private bathroom, a private lounge pool and patio, with a beautiful view to a conservation area. The living room has updated couches that includes a full size pull out and an twin size pull out mattress.The dining room offers plenty of space to entertain and enjoy meals together. Amazing Condo!!!

We are a family of five, with my Daughter with Down Syndrome and I do really want to thanks the Owner for his flexibility. The Condo was very spacious, clean, with one TV in every room and one 3D TV in the living room. We enjoyed the 3D movies with plenty of the 3 D glasses. You have Xfinity, Free Wifi, Silverware, Plates and even 2 strollers for the little ones. The pool is just fantastic for you to take a brake after a busy day!! You have your own parking spot and is just very close to the Club House if you want to play basketball or have a drink. It is truly close to Disney, just 2.5 miles or around 5 minutes and so close to the 192 street for you to buy in Walmart, Target or eat any type of food you want. There is gate and they gave me a pass and they check who comes in and out. That was pretty nice because I went to Miami to visit a friend of mine for a couple of days but I feel secure with my belongings in the condo. I am planning to come back again ( no doubt about it ) and I am going to recommend the condo to my relatives and friends here in Indiana. Everything is the CONDO!! Do not settle for less!!! if your looking for a pretty nice Vacation-Condo that is close to Disney, Universal Studios. THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!!! Marlon and Family Hoosiers from Indiana

Windsor Palms

Check in is exactly 4 pm .. not a minute before ! As well on our first day maintenance showed up to fix 3 things. I had no idea that maintenance was coming. I had been at the office 2 hours prior and no mention of this up coming visit. The items could of and should of been addressed the day prior as the previous guest lefted at 1000 and I got in the next day at 4 pm. Regarding the beautiful townhouse.. exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable home with all of the amenities. Dealing with the owner, Robert was quick and easy. He was very accommodating. Would definitely stay in this lovely townhouse in the fabulous Windsor Palms again. Just not a fan of Global Homes who looks after renting and maintenance.

Wonderful stay!

I rented Robert's place for my extended family as we were staying a few doors down. They could not have been happier with the stay! House was clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking in. We needed a unit with a first floor master since we had my elderly grandparents with us - which his unit thankfully had. There was another master upstairs, as well as a room with 2 twin beds, each with their own bathroom. So convenient! We love the Windsor Palms community and would definitely rent Robert's place again!

Exactly as described...perfect!

We visited the week before Christmas 2017 with our two young adult children (21 and 18) and our beagle. From the start, Robert answered all our questions promptly and completely, and took the time to make sure the booking went as smoothly as possible for us. The management company made checking in a breeze, even late on a Sunday afternoon. The townhouse is located in Windsor Palms, a gated and secured community with all sorts of interesting amenities. The pictures of the condo really don't do it justice; it's just beautiful! I'm keeping the information for this property for the next time we visit Orlando!

Great location! Nice property!

Very nice property. I would definitely stay again! However, it really only sleeps 6 as there is no sleeper sofa. But for 6, it is perfect and in a great location to be close to Disney with the ability to take back roads to avoid traffic.

Perfect retreat

We fled Hurricane Irma and enjoyed piece of mind in this little oasis. Rain and wind never dimmed the lights, but even if they had, this little place had cross ventilation and natural light to spare. Management on site was responsive to any questions that came up even though they were besieged by storm related problems.

By Far The Best Vacation Ever!!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was exactly what was shown in the pictures. We were very happy with everything. The pool was perfect for the kids and it was nice to have when you didn't want to leave and go to the community pool. The condo is very close to Disney maybe 8 minutes at the most. It was great to have your own driveway, it made unloading and loading the car super easy. Also, Robert the owner is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about him. He answered all my questions very quickly and also made the condo available to us a day early since a family emergency brought us in town earlier than expected. We were also able to extend our stay an extra day which was a blessing. Everything you need is there. The double stroller and the pack n play were an added bonus. I will definitely be booking another stay there. This was our first time renting a condo normally we stay at the Marriott but it just gets too cramped with two kids and two adults in one room. Thank you Robert for everything.

Great stay!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights this week and enjoyed it very much! We loved all the amneties! The double stroller was a God send! We had some confusion about the heat in the pool and a few maintenance issues that were resolved to our satisfaction and it did not effect our stay at all. The owner is extremely responsive and that is rare!:) All of the parks are amazingly close, esp Animal Kingdom. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!

Awesome Vacation

My family and I recently rented the townhouse for a 2 week stay in Florida. The house was wonderful with its own private pool and spacious kitchen. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms with their own bathrooms. Since we had alot of friends and family to visit along with going to the theme parks we didn't have a lot of time to spend touring the property. We did manage to visit the community pool once unfortunately the day we went the pool was closed for repair but enjoyed the playground, game room, and the movie theater they had. My son liked that he could pick out his own movie and sit in a big theater to watch it. We were able to go back to the house later that day and swim in our own pool. My oldest liked unwinding with having the option of playing with the PS3 that was available in the home and watching a few movies. After a long day at the theme park my husband and I loved coming back home and sitting by the pool enjoying the beautiful night without the mosquitoes in peace and quiet. I wanted to thank the homeowner, Robert for letting us rent his beautiful home and for being so generous and letting us have another day. My kids are still talking about the vacation. We would definitely rent your home again. Thank you ☺

Fantastic Property--feels like home!

I stayed at the property for the third time this year from November 22-28. We also stayed there in February and May of 2016. The location is excellent--if you're coming to the area for Disney, it's not far away at all. The owner, Rob, has been very helpful with setting up all three dates for us this year and he is very reasonable. I wish we had made the relationship sooner, as my son and I have been coming to Windsor Palms for several years. Things you need to know: - The property is very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. There are TV's in every room, extra towels, silverware and cooking supplies. - The furniture is clean, new and comfortable. Couches in the living room, beds in the bedrooms--all comfy. Linens are nice. The Mickey/Minnie themed kids room is fantastic. - The property has a splash pool! I think my son only jumped in it once in February and once in May (not this November trip), but it's there and it's great to have. - Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This is great because this time, I brought my parents. This way, everyone can get cleaned up at the same time. Vital when adhering to busy itineraries. - The property has a driveway. I never realized how important this was until I had to carry my son (and gear) up flights of steps in the condo units at Windsor Palms, sometimes unable to get a close parking spot. If you're driving, having your own personal driveway 2 feet from the front door is a HUGE benefit. - The owner is responsive. We've communicated throughout the year, he is very accommodating and understanding. As long as I continue to come to Orlando to visit the theme parks, I will be staying here. It feels like home to us now. We would be staying in February but unfortunately it's booked, but we will be back in May 2017. Thanks Rob!

Close, convenient & fantastic!

We were at Disney parks each day within 10 mins, saved a lot of money by being home in the mornings and evenings to cook, and the kids LOVED the private pool! We had everything we needed, including privacy. Thank you for sharing your home w us!

Great unit, peaceful location. Convenient!

This property was everything we had hoped for. We were traveling to the area for a college baseball tournament and needed a convenient drive to Auburndale, Davenport, and Winter Haven. We were 30 minutes to each, which suited us perfectly. We didn't visit the parks, but they are very close for those who don't want to stay on property. We didn't swim in the community pool but did take a walk up to look around and it was lovely and seemed large enough to accommodate many swimmers. Amenities are very close by, and although we didn't need to contact the management company for anything, we were delighted when we arrived after midnight and easily picked up our packet and the entry code worked without incident. The unit is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Although the resort is large, this end unit is in a very quiet area. We enjoyed morning coffee and walks on the path directly behind the townhome. The owner contacted us after our arrival to be sure everything went smoothly, and also after we departed. Throughout the process he answered many questions very quickly. We plan to book this unit again for next year as soon as we know our dates, and we will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. Thanks so much for a wonderful townhome!

Enjoyed immensely!

Condo is everything it was claimed it to be. Clean, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, washer, dryer, dishwasher and our own driveway to park in; very nice clubhouse and pool, convenient to Orlando Parks and shopping. Real bonus is the private small pool with the unit. Also, Global management personnel were very helpful when I called them with questions. One issue, which did not greatly affect our stay: a broken leg on small main room couch. Robert, the owner, has been advised. Again, enjoyed our stay. We will certainly stay again when we get back this way.
