Our house is just up the road from the Shawnee Mountain Ski Area. Located between Bushkill Falls and the Delaware National Recreation Area, it offers hiking, biking, rivers, streams, and waterfalls. From Spring to Fall, easy access to kayak or canoe rentals. Numerous golf courses just minutes away. The historical town of Delaware Water Gap and Stroudsburg offers a variety of restaurants, music venues, wineries, breweries and boutiques. Best of all, we are only 75 minutes west of NYC

Tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean Townhouse, sleeps 6 people. The Master bedroom features a queen bed, with a private bathroom and TV. Spa room with Jacuzzi tub for two, direct access to the master bedroom and balcony where in the winter you can see the slopes of Shawnee Mountain. The living room features 50 in TV with Roku, a fireplace, and a small deck with two outdoor chairs and a coffee table. Charcoal grill located on the outside of the deck due to fire safety. Utility closets for ski gear or bicycles available upon request. Fast WIFI internet for entertainment and remote work. For your safety, Nest Protect smart smoke and carbon monoxide detector is internet-connected. The Shawnee Mountain Ski area is a walking distance, less than a mile away. The Delaware River canoeing and fishing, hiking trails, waterfalls, tubing, zip-lining just a few minutes away. In the summer months pool in town of East Stroudsburg, Dansbury Park is open to the public with pay.
Mount Airy Casino 35 is minutes away, Crossings Factory Outlets are 25 minutes away, and Camelback Ski and water park are just 30 minutes drive.

The neighborhood surrounding the townhouse is a nature-filled area with access to woods, mountains, lakes, and rivers. Despite being surrounded by natural beauty, the community is conveniently located just minutes from Route 209 where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The hospital is also just 7 miles away, providing peace of mind in case of any medical emergencies.

We can also accommodate a larger group by offering another unit in the same development. There is nothing like the glow of the fire to relax and heat you up, making it warm and inviting! In the warmer seasons, you are just 3 miles away from Hidden Lake, and the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area providing what every outdoorsman desires including multiple hiking trails, canoeing, fishing, swimming, and multiple picnic areas. For adults, there are a number of wineries and breweries to visit, many offering special events with live music and entertainment. Between the comfort of our townhouse and the location, you couldn`t ask for anything more!

Two Parking spaces are included directly in front of the Townhouse, for additional cars and your guests, there are 5 spaces directly to the right of the community mailboxes, towards the exit from the development.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Don`t leave children unattended, kids safety is solely gusts responsibility. Stairs and windows don`t have child gates, house is not child proofed.
2. Absolutely DO NOT climb over balcony railings.
3. Do not leave trash on the patio, animals will come and you`ll have a lot of clean up to do.
4. If you are going to use the fire place, please make sure to open the chimney damper inside the fireplace and only burn dry hard woods, anything else will cause the smoke to come in to the house. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE WOOD FROM OUR NEIGHBOR `S PILE
5. Please respect your surroundings and neighbors, many of them are older and come there for a nice and relaxing time. There is a community watch and you will be summonsed by the association if you do not obey the community rules.
6. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 degrees in the heating mode, if you do $25 per day will be subtracted from your security deposit.
7. When using Jacuzzi tub please be responsible and absolutely do not step and stand up on edges.
8. This is a non-smoking home. Any smoking must be outside of property & disposed of properly. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING***Smoking in unit is an automatic loss of your full security deposit***
9. No Pets Allowed-Violators will be charged full security deposit in addition to extra cleaning charges and HOA community violation fees***

11. Charging electric vehicles (EVs) of any kind, including cars, scooters, and bicycles, is strictly prohibited and is not included in the rental fee. Unauthorized charging will be considered a direct violation of our house rules.
Any violation of this rule will result in the following actions:
11.1. Immediate penalty fee of $500 charged to the guest.
11.2. Termination of the rental agreement, which may result in immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining stay.
11.3. Prosecution for theft of electricity, as unauthorized charging constitutes theft of personal property under applicable laws. Legal action will be taken against violators, which may include reporting the incident to local authorities.
11.4. Additional fees to cover any damage, overuse of electricity, or potential fire hazards caused by unauthorized charging.
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of all guests, protect our facilities, and comply with insurance and safety regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our house rules and preventing any incidents.

Before check out Please remember to:
1. Lower the thermostat to 60 in the winter and turn off the AC in the summer.
2. Remove all debris, rubbish, food from refrigerator, and garbage and take all of your trash to the trash containers. Please make sure to open the side door and put all of your trash inside the containers. There are cameras and you will be recorded and summonsed by the security (big green commercial grade containers )located towards the exit of the development on the right side, directly as you pass the mailboxes.
3. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and front door locked and returned to the lock-box ( you need to enter the provided access code to close the lock-box)
4. Please arrange late checkout ahead of time in order to avoid the cleaning service delays. I`ll be happy to work with you as long as I know at the time of reservation. Regular checkout time is 11:00 AM.
5. Failure to clean dishes, utensils, pots and pans and to put away before leaving will result in an automatic $50 cleaning charge.
6. If you decide to use oven, and or grill, please clean after your stay as this intense cleaning is not included with the regular cleaning fee. If you decide to leave a greasy and dirty oven or grill after departure, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged from your security fee.
