Our two week stay was absolutely wonderful! The villa’s location is perfect! So close to our favorite restaurants and shops. The marina was great and protected from the wind. The sunsets are incredible. Lloyd was a pleasure!

Beautiful, hideaway on the water

Perfect spot for our family of 4, plus dog. The villa had everything we needed. The location was great and we had so much fun during our stay. Everyone staying there came out for sunset, which we had a perfect view of. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing View … Keys Charm

We LOVED our stay here. As advertised, this is a very clean, and charming cottage. The location is peaceful with great waterfront views. Close to everything in Islamorada - We enjoyed watching the sunsets, boats, and wildlife. . Great host with excellent communication! Would definitely stay here again ! :)

Two weeks in paradise!

This villa had everything we needed and more! Cozy, clean villa. We began each day exploring the sealife within 100 feet of our door (manatee, octopus, shark, etc). Ended each day with a beautiful sunset! Quiet beautiful spot with excellent restaurants within walking distance. Lovely vacation!!

Our happy place

Have been renting Bayside villa for many years. It is a great spot! Clean with everything you need. It is conveniently located both by car and boat. We love that the boat basin is secure. Looking forward to making more memories in the years to come.

Slice of Paradise

Take a trip back in time to this oasis of a property. From the quaint drive to the approximate location closest to the dock. Its truly paradise with everything one needs. The inlet marina is incredible and so easy to bring your own boat. The owners provided everything we needed and very comfortable. Coming home after a long day of fishing to the ice cold AC was heaven.

Perfect

Place was perfect. Boat was right outside our door. Accommodations were very nice. All the amenities we could think of were there. Would book again in a minute without hesitation.

Best place in the Keys.

This place is beautiful and very accommodating to our idea/needs of a perfect vacation. The owner went above and beyond from day one of us booking the trip and until the very end. I would give them six stars if I could.

Much Better Than the Pics!!

The view was fabulous! From the short drive to the back of the property to the patio, dock, & windows of the villa - the views were amazing. A/C was great, perfect size for me and the hubs. Still plenty of room for another couple.

7 years in Islamorada

This was our seventh stay in the Bayside Villa in Islamorada. Again, it was perfect. The owners take very good care of the unit. As every year, it is sad to go back from living on island time.

KEYS KOTTAGE - JUNE 2019

Keys Kottage is a quaint, clean, comfortable and conveniently situated 2BR/2BA bungalow. Excellent accomodation for a small family and/or anglers appreciating practicality and simplicity; and, that "Vintage FL Keys" vibe. Boat ramp and basin are a major plus.

Bayside at Islamorada

What a wonderful time we had. Weather was perfect and sunsets were from a travel guide. This was our forth stay at Bayside and the upgrades were really nice, especially the bathrooms. The Murphy bed came in handy as I am a noisy sleeper and my wife would go to bed with me but end up in it to get a good nights sleep. The location of Bayside is excellent. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. When we first stayed in the unit, about ten years ago, it had vertical blinds on the slider allowing a panoramic view of the bay when they were open. The new horizontal blinds can only open half way which eliminates our favorite part of Bayside, the view. One thing that surprised us was that three of the dimmer switches were missing the plastic toggle which left bare metal protruding into the rooms. This detracted from the overall excellence of the unit. In regards to the dimmer, it appears nondimmable light bulbs were used which affects the functionality of dimmers. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We would like to thank the owners for their prompt response to questions we had. The bottle of wine was a very nice and appreciated welcome to Bayside.
