Beautifully renovated 1700 square foot 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment nestled in Gig Harbor's downtown waterfront community. Master suite with King bed ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has Queen bed and walk in closet. Full livingroom and kitchen with gorgeous harbor views, fireplace (currently out of service until new one is installed) and large TV. Outside features two private decks totaling 1000 square feet to lounge and enjoy the park and or water views.

Perfect Harbor Stay

Couldn’t ask for a more comfortable stay. The location was perfect right in the Marina and the place was super clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, no issues or concerns at all.

Bridal Suite

We stayed at the property for our wedding in the venue downstairs. We used the space to get ready on the day of and there was enough space for groomsmen and bridesmaids to do so. The space is very beautiful and good sized for large parties. The open living room/kitchen space is great with large multi-level deck looking out on the water. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location!

Perfection

This has become our annual go to vacation. In the heart of Gig Harbor Washington and right on the marina. The apartment is spacious, clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. You can park and walk everywhere. Or you can sit on the deck and watch boats all day. The furnishings and decor are updated and stylish. Thank you to our host for another wonderful stay!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location at the marina and right next to the park is great. The double decker deck is perfect for enjoying music at the park and watching the boats in the harbor. We rarely used our car and walked the lovely harbor daily trying out the variety of local eateries.

Fantastic property with fantastic view

I'd give it six stars if I could. Morning coffee on the deck, watching the goings on in the harbor, short walk to everywhere in GH, comfy beds, large floor plan and very large kitchen island....it has it all.

Fantastic accommodations

Wonderful place to stay. The linens, towels, furniture and kitchen amenities were all high quality. The beds are very comfortable! Cheryl is so friendly and checked in with us on our first day. The view is beautiful, we had the best time just hanging out there and watching the boats out in the harbor.

We were very pleased with this unit. I only had one complaint, the geese were quite loud in the morning around 5:30am. Nature at its best.

Dreamy accommodation right in downtown Gig Harbor!

This property is beautiful and so well appointed. Perfect for small families or couples. The view and convenience are unbeatable. It's an active marina so don't count on sleeping in, but if you're an early riser or you want to be close to the action in Gig Harbor, this is it! We would absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous Gig Harbor

This property is spectacular. It’s right in the harbor, has fabulous views, and has everything you need at your fingertips. We have friends who live in the area so having a large space was perfect for a Sunday brunch and a Cocktail party. I can envision a summer evening out on the deck when the summer concert series begins! Love everything about the property. Also, Cheryl was very helpful when we reached out! We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Gig Harbor Getaway

This was our 2nd stay here over Christmas and we had a blast! We love being able to walk the Harbor for exercise and to eat/drink/be merry. The property is spotless, with stunning views and everything you'd need. Cheryl is awesome. We'll be back for sure.

Boatyard Marina - Thanksgiving Week

This is the 2nd time staying here for Thanksgiving Week (Annual Trip). Everything was perfect! Cheryl is an amazing host of the most beautiful VRBO that we have ever stayed. The views are spectacular (like out of a postcard). The property has everything that you could imagine you would need for a wonderful trip. We can't say enough things about this place & our host. Will definitely be staying here year after year.

60th Anniverary Vacation

My husband and I celebrated our 60th anniversary and he likes to be by the water and the action. It is the best of both worlds staying at this guest house. Actually he said it was better than a cruise as our son and his wife recently moved to Gig Harbor and we had a wonderful visit. Enjoyed it very much. The Hodgkins

This was a very nice condo in a super nice location. With outdoor patios, couch seating and grill and well appointed kitchen, it was a perfect place to stay in Gig harbor.

5 Star Accomodations

The location is wonderful and the views of the water and marina are the best! I definitely will book this apartment again. Next time I will do a guided boat charter. We should have booked it in advance. The weather was gorgeous and all the charters in town were booked.We found plenty to do and Gig Harbor is so quaint and charming. An all around great place to visit and so relaxing!
