Super convenient location which is what you’re paying for. If going to Disneyland and need a place mostly for sleep, this is a great spot and highly recommend. Wouldn’t book to spend a whole lot of time just lounging around the house. It’s well loved and a little worn down but clean. If planning for adults to sleep on the bottom of the bunk bed, it’s not the most comfortable mattress but again doable.

Very clean unit, everything needed was provided. Photos of listing are a bit old as most walls are now white. My only complaint was the AC unit seemed to not work for the first two days of our stay, the thermostat appeared to be locked. By the third day it unlocked itself. Also; there is no early check in and your until code will not work until 4pm on the nose.. just an fyi. Walk was a distance but definitely manageable for young, able families. Stroller rental was right in the living room waiting for us when we walked in. Unit is VERY family friendly, especially for those with young toddlers. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you!

This was our third time staying with this host - second at this specific unit. We love what we get for the price. Kitchen had all the items we needed. Beds were comfy. When we returned one afternoon to no water - they were fast in replying and finding out what was going on. I mention the units to anyone who asks about a place to stay near Disney.

Great location to Disneyland & California Adventures…to 10 min to walk to Downtown Disney and another 10 to the parks. The place itself was fine and somewhat like the pictures but a little more run down. Lamp in the bedroom was broken and couch was on its last leg (2 cushions wouldn’t stay on the frame so it slopes downward making it hard to sit on one side). The neighbors were a bit loud but not all night. All in all was a good stay and worth less luxury for the close proximity to the parks.

Great location. Close to Disney . Very quite neighborhood. The kitchen chair probably need replacing since they feel not sturdy and legs are loose.

The location was perfect. It’s right by downtown Disney’s parking garage and the walk was short. The bunkbeds had a pullout bed underneath which was perfect for my three kids. We were really happy with our stay.

Great condo very close to Disney. Managers very responsive to missing dish towels and broken baby gate. Owners really thought of everything you could need with lots of amenities for families with children. Also very accommodating letting us drop luggage early so we could pick up family at airport.

Quick 4-day trip to visit parks. Location is perfect - 5 minute walk to parking tram or Downtown Disney/monorail. Rental company was super responsive to any questions via text. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy little condo, easy walk to Downtown Disney!

This place fits the bill, very reasonably priced and a very doable walk to get to the park! The beds are VERY comfortable, and the kitchen/TV area are perfect for the end of a long day of walking.

Great location

This property was perfect for our family visit to Anaheim. Getting to the parks was quick and easy once we figured it out.
