This beach house features 4 bedrooms, with a large 2nd floor master suite haven with direct ocean and bay sunset views. The open floor plan will make for a perfect summer vacation! This house offers you: First master suite with king bed with breathtaking views of ocean and bay from two balconies, second master suite with king bed and separate entrance, bedroom 3 with queen bed, bedroom 4 with two twin beds. House has three full bathrooms. This house also has an ocean side pool and barbecue to enjoy the full amenities of seaside life on the beach in the Hamptons. Professionally maintained and cleaned. Private boardwalk to private beach. Large decks on ocean and bay side for your enjoyment. 3/10 of a mile from life-guarded public beach option with live music and food. New kitchen with granite counter tops and updated bathrooms.

Loved working with Ed. He and Laura are so nice and hospitable the entire way thru. Thank you for allowing us into your home. The local police were super nice, and the neighbors (may be visitors) were also so friendly.Fishing spots were fun on the beach and near Shinnecock Bay. If you dont catch anything, go to Mastic Seafood for fresh seafood!Overall, an amazing time!

A Little Slice of Heaven…

This is my family’s 4th year in a row now visiting this property. It’s honestly such a pleasure coming back every year. The area is lovely and the beach is never crowded (plus there’s easy access to a lifeguarded beach just steps away). You can hear the waves from the house, there’s always a nice breeze, lots of beach chairs available, plus a small pool that feels amazing after a day at the beach. I’m already looking forward to next year.

Great location but a few things lacking

The location cannot be beat, right on the beach but we did not have hot water for the last two days of our stay, had to run out to purchase toilet paper, garbage bags & cleaning products. Would be helpful to let guests know to bring their own soap, shampoo, conditioner & any other paper goods that you do not have on hand for a more seamless stay. For the price we paid, we had anticipated those items to be provided but a heads up would solve that potential misunderstanding!

A perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in west Hampton. The property was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The host was responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

A lovely stay on Dune road!

My friends, partner and I stayed over Columbus day weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the heated pool still being open, which was a huge highlight. The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did have a minor issue with the hot water not working in the cottage, but other than that everything was great and we would defintely stay again!

The Views are spectacular

The house is as described and also aligned with pictures presented. We rented the house for the location and it did not disappoint. Ed and Laura were excellent to reach out and communicate with leading up to our stay and permitted us a late checkout time which was much appreciated. We had our privacy while at the house. The price was extremely reasonable. The view was spectacular and we were able to see sunrises easily. The beds were comfortable and all of the utilities and major appliances worked well. There were 3 Mr. Coffee machines and one Keurig and only one Mr. Coffee worked. This minor issue was only slightly disappointing as the coffee drinkers had brought specific Keurig pods to drink and were unable to use them.

Lovely stay for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time spent in this beautiful beach front rental property. Our two sons of 1.5 years old and 4 years old were able to experience the ocean for the first time. The direct access to the beach was perfect. We loved how clean everything was, and was also surprised to not see a single spider/web on any of the outside decks/docks.. no complaints! Lovely stay, and we’d certainly consider a visit to this property in the future. Thank you!!

Smelling the ocean every day

Our key priority was direct access to the beach. This could not be delivered better. Opening the door to the terrace of the master bedroom every morning, facing the ocean directly, was the best. But also the house had everything, really everything to satisfy our needs. We really have enjoyed that stay.

End of School family trip with Grandmas

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped for a stress free week. We never left the house. We shopped on the way to the house as it is a 20 minute drive to the grocery store. The bedroom are well distributed and give good privacy and separation between kids , grandmas and parents. Matt the property manager was very responsive with any questions and any issues were resolved quickly . I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy time with family

Great Stay!

Perfect vacation home! The house is clean, a great size and has everything guests need (beach chairs & towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The beachfront location is gorgeous. Ed and his house manager were fantastic hosts - fast, easy communication from the day I booked through the end of the stay. I can't wait to go back to this beach gem!

World-famous Hampton Beaches west of the Shinnecock canal. Get to the beach faster and easier than farther east. It is the same Hamptons Beach. Enjoy the town amenities. Avoid the hours sitting in traffic trying to go east of the canal. About two-three hours from NYC. Professionally maintained and cleaned. It is a nice beach house on a fantastic sandy beach. There is not a nicer beach anywhere. It is very private. No public parking nearby. The bay is right across the street. Fishing and clamming in the bay. Fishing in the ocean. Surfing. A life guard beach is about 3/10 mile away with live music and food available as another option.
