We have stayed at Flounder Flat before, and will be back again - it is a peaceful, relaxing location only 25 minutes from Geelong and a great break from everyday commitments.

Overall this was an amazing place to stay, from the easy access to the beach, to Geelong, to the shops, we were comfortable in every way. Host was quick to get back to me and to offer any services they provide. Will definitely stay again, when heading down Geelong way again.

We loved the cottage and the views. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really appreciated the quiet as we felt like we were in a remote area but only 5 minutes from the centre of Curlewis. Highly recommend.

Charming, well-equipped cottage, located right on Corio Bay. Very clean, good laundry facilities, and host accessible and very helpful when our daughter was unwell. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!

We had a terrific short stay with two of our grandchildren. Flounder Flat was a great break - great facilities, plenty of room to spread out, lots of games for inside and outside, easy access to Curlewis shops if we needed anything extra food-wise, and the views from the deck were spectacular - and especially at night. We will definitely book again as soon as we can arrange suitable dates!

This is a little gem of a property. Hide way from all the noise of the town. Love the little beach. Million dollars views of the bay. As a family we will be back lots of room for the kids to run around. It's an old-style home but every comfortable.

Wonderful stay at this place

It's a beautiful and isolated location right by the beach, with plenty of space for kids to play. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay were provided, and we truly enjoyed our time here. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat.

A Lovely Hideaway.

The cottage was clean and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for our waterfront stay. The view across the bay to the You Yangs was amazing and the location was a great base for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return soon.

Amazing, beautiful and quiet location

Had an amazing couple of days, location was perfect for what I wanted, amazing views and plenty of privacy. Lots of bird life, saw dolphins on first day, very quiet location perfect to unwind. Would definitely go back again and again
