This chalet is amazing and we loved everything about it. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely love to stay here again in future. The kitchen had plenty of equipment for making breakfast etc, the sauna was very simple to use and heated up quickly, lots of nice touches such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, washing up stuff, slippers, DVDs/books/games and a hairdryer. We are pleased to recommend this place to everyone (There were 3 of us but you could definitely fit 6).

Chalet Paradise

My family and I loved our ski trip to include our stay at the chalet. The chalet was very clean and provided a warm cozy place to relax after a full day on the slopes. We look forward to staying at the chalet on our future ski getaways.

Cosy chalet close to the slopes

This chalet was perfect for our group of friends. It is 5 minutes walk from everything in town. The sauna was nice after a busy day skiing, and it was nice to have the lounge/kitchen area to relax in. Rooms upstairs were spacious, beds were comfortable and host was very responsive to any questions. Would love to stay again!

Sorry to hear the neighbours were noisy - its not usually a problem as the chalets are pretty sound proof (I don't think I've ever heard them, but there's always a first!). Always worth speaking to the people who manage the chalets to have a word if it ever is bad. Glad you like the chalet though, and thanks for the review.

Great location & a great price

Having been to Borovets for skiing twice before, I decided to book a chalet rather than a hotel package deal. For value for money & location Chalet Rachel was perfect. Only 5 minutes walk to the bottom of the slopes (opposite Hotel Rila) with plenty of bars, restaurants & shops on the way.

Great for a week on the slopes

Chalet Rachel was ideal for us. We wanted somewhere to relax after a day on the slopes with friends and the chalet gave us the perfect base for this. Close enough to walk to the slopes and restaurants shops and bars. We found the chalet cozy and comfy enough. Will definitely consider staying again!

Smart Chalet

Chalet Rachel is in a convenient location to all the facilities in Borovets. The property has everything you need for your stay. The sauna is a great bonus and the cleanliness and maid service was excellent.. From the booking to the end of stay I was kept well informed by the owner. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommended!!

Wonderful Chalet

You cant go wrong with this Chalet. Daily maid service, Lovely and warm, Very clean and lots of space a joy to come back to after a days skiing. Set in the trees with lots of snow looks just like the pictures on the web site. Had a Fantastic time and really did enjoy the chalet, much better than staying in a Hotel. David Rodwell Dorset UK

Wonderful property and fabulous value for money.Great location near to gondola ski lift.Easy communication with owner who was very helpful.WiFi is a bit hit and miss despite options to connect to various networks so just be aware perhaps we were unlucky.As it is a wooden cabin to be expected there was quite a few cobwebs!Could do with a bbq and outside furniture to improve facilities as we stayed in the summer.Highly recommend.

Very nice cabin, with all the ammenities, and daily cleaning.

Very nice cabin, with all the ammenities, and daily cleaning. Everything is at walking distance - shopping, hiking, gondolla. The cabin is in a crouded complex of cabins, at the backyard of a large hotel. Ammenties were supplied, but no food at all - not even salt and sugar.

Great for a group of Snowboarders. Has everything you need for a chilled holiday

The apartment is exactly as it is in the profile. The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for the size. The bathroom is a little awkward if you are using the sauna but nothing to worry about. The sauna warms up really well and the whole house is very warm. It is in a good location away from the main strip but still only 5 mins to the gondola. Great for groups. will stay again if we come back
