This was a wonderful rental. All check in and out processes were smooth and easy. It is a beautiful property, perfectly situated, with amazing views. We have already recommended it to friends!

The locations is 2nd to none! Highly recommend this location! The HOST is incredibly helpful and walked us around the area to get acquainted and offered suggestions for us for items we were planning on taking part in during our vacation. Incredible time!!!

Amazing stay

Can’t say enough about how stunning this location is. First impression was amazing !!!!Would love to thank our hosts for going over the top and helping with details like to and from transport, familiarizing us with the island and things to do. Amazing stay !!!

Most perfect place in Oia

The apartment was perfect in so many ways, I can’t begin to list them all. The patio and view from there was one of the highlights of our trip to Santorini.

Evmenia Cave Villa is a FANTASTIC!!!

The Evmenia is the classic Greek postcard setting! The views are stunning, the villa is beautiful, clean, well appointed and the perfect location for exploring Oia and the island. George was a very responsive and helpful host - would love to return again soon!!! Magical vacation spot.

Perfect location

Great location, well maintained apartment, spacious. Host was super responsive. The only complaint is the master area only has a tub and it's difficult to shower in there.

Santorini Splendor

Amazing property and an awesome location, all managed by a highly professional owners! We spent three days here and Georges and Styliani made our family vacation one of the most memorable ones!! Our friends visiting from the Northeastern US have already decided to soon bask in Georges’ hospitality later this year. We recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Here is where I want to stay.

Everything was perfect. George, the owner was such a help with meeting us, giving information on the island- how to get around, etc. Little things that can make a vacation easier. The place was in the perfect location. Clean, welcoming. If I ever get back to Santorini, here is where I want to stay.

Stunning view

Stunning unobstructed view in the center of Oia. This home is located just steps from the main street where everyone dreams of getting their picture of the caldera. Oia is very busy, but you feel privacy in this beautiful home.

6 days at Evmenia

A perfect 6 days. George and Styliani were very helpful by greeting us upon arrival and helping us to understand how to navigate a stay in Santorini. The villa was exactly like it was described on VRBO with everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the spectacular views from the terrace of the sea and the islands off the coast. We will be back!

Walk through the gate to unobstructed views

Once you walk through that gate with all the people crowded around to take turns grabbing pics of the famous Santorini views, you will have a 180 unobstructed view all to yourself. It's perfection! The place itself was amazing and our host was very responsive before and during our stay. Everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday❤️

Amazing location

The apartment was clean and lovely. We were met by George who was kind to answer any questions we had. The location is lovely, but for that reason, there is limited privacy on the balcony. The a/c worked well. The master only has a bathtub, so you will need to be comfortable and physically capable of sitting in the tub to wash yourself. Would recommend highly!

25th Wedding Anniversary

Evmenia Luxury Villa was spectacular. What a beautiful peaceful place to wake up to in the morning. Difficult to go to bed at night with such a beautiful view and peaceful ambiance on the patio at night. George was great by arranging for our transfer and meeting us to be sure we were settled and knew any places to go while we were on Santorini. A lovely bottle of wine we enjoyed in the evening while looking over the caldera! All we can say is thank you for sharing such a beautiful home.

Nothing like sitting on a patio with the most glorious views of the caldera. I agree with all the other stellar reviews but also wish to point out that this apartment is at the top (where there are hordes of people lining up for the photos) of the caldera cave homes. I walked down to the bottom on our last day and saw some cute places but was glad we didn’t have to walk up and down every time we went out, let alone with luggage at the beginning and end. You can’t tell that when you look online. This one couldn’t be better situated! Perfection!

The view was breathtaking

The property is spectacular. That being said, There are a couple things that the renter should know. First the second bedroom does NOT have a door. We had 2 couples and it was a bit awkward as far as privacy. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. Again abut awkward. Secondly, this is an extremely popular place to be photographed. The are people all over the property in all hours of the day and night. Often they were blocking the entrance to the property and were often perturbed when we asked to pass by. They often left garbage by the entryway. One morning there were people lined up by 6 am. I actually asked them if they wanted coffee while waiting for the Sun to come up. The place was very clean and all the appliances worked well.

Fantastic!!

The views and location can’t be beat! It offers one of the most iconic views of Santorini. Very well located, close to everything and not too many steps which was important with my elderly mother traveling with us. The home was very clean and very well supplied. There is even housekeeping service every other day. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed starting from check in process to checkout. This is one of the most photographed location in Oia. We had beautiful view and close to all major shopping and restaurants. Strongly recommend to stay for a wonderful experience

Romantic Trip to Oia

Myself, my spouse, and another couple split the villa. The property is gorgeous, and George is an excellent and responsive host with fantastic recommendations. Make sure to rely on his recommendations for transportation and dining. The view from the patio is the best on the island, and the location in Oia cannot be beat. You are as close as possible to shopping, restaurants, and bars while still be tucked away. The only point of caution is that because the location is so good, there will be tourists at sunset near the villa trying to take pictures! We hope to come back!

A “Wow” Location & View

The caldera view is absolutely beautiful. We would wake early each day just to drink a cup of coffee on the terrace. I believe we spent more waking hours outside than inside. The house was also located in the center of the shopping and restaurant area. There is a small terrace above the house where many wedding photos are taken—that’s part of being in the city center with a gorgeous view. The photos did not disrupt our stay. George, the property owner, met us when we arrived, despite our late flight. He showed us the property, answered questions and showed us points of interest on a map. He also had our frig stocked with a few essentials and a bottle of wine. The house was immaculate and a cleaning service came every other day. We loved the coffee machine and our cute kitchen too. The beds were comfortable and our son slept on the day bed in the living area. We used the washing machine and hung out our clothes on a clothesline tucked in a corner of the terrace. We would return to this house and we hope we can! We will never forget that view!

Most beautiful view -

Beautiful view, wonderful location and could not have have asked for a better place to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. Because it is the perfect location everyone wants to snap a picture. Will not be disappointed to rent and enjoy your stay at the Evmenia Luxury Cave Villa. Best Views in Santorini

The views are so stunning from this beautiful villa!! The best views in Oia! The villa is very spacious and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and relaxing! Wish we could’ve stayed forever.
