18 Holes and A Hot Tub (formerly named The Eagle's Nest) is a luxurious 1,812 sq. foot villa offering a delightful stay with a private hot tub for added relaxation. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom haven is furnished with top-notch upgrades, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The spacious floor plan ensures a tranquil atmosphere with bedrooms designed for peace and privacy. Whether you prefer to unwind in the contemporary-style bedrooms, relax on the partially covered outdoor patio, take a soak in the Hot Tub, or spend quality time with loved ones in the family/recreation room, 18 Holes and A Hot Tub caters to diverse preferences.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this villa is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll discover a variety of activities, including 14 golf courses, hiking, biking, ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing, and breathtaking views of the red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges. Perfect for a family get away

Beautiful and comfortable home! We rented this for 2 nights at the end of December. We loved the easy access to Snow Canyon SP and Zion NP. The pickle ball courts and private hot tub were also well used by us. We especially loved that the baby could sleep upstairs and not hear all our laughter with game night! We plan to stay here again!

Checkin & checkout were very slick, never saw a mgmt. person while there! Stayed 4 nights & played 6 golf rounds, so not there a lot. I left a valuable article in room, discovered it after unpacking at home. Called mgmt.& they located & mailed it to me immediately. Very satisfied.

Great Place for a Golf Trip

Close proximity to SR18 for convenience to many of St. George's best golf courses. Right next to hole 18 on The Ledges. Would stay again and recommend to others. Nice & Easy

We had a great time using the amenities. We all enjoyed the Pickle Ball courts. Wish there were more because they were busy. The kids had fun at the community pool and hot tub. The Hot Tub in our unit was an excellent addition to our long days of incredible hikes around the area in Snow Canyon and Red Cliffs. Nice bathroom spaces with 4 1/2 baths and TVs in 3 of the 4 rooms were a nice bonus as well. The kitchen was well equipped; could have used more trash bags but overall a great experience!

We loved our stay at The Ledges!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for somewhere to go for a quick vacation, and after a lot of searching we found The Ledges. We looked at several cities in the west and hotels were going to be $300+ a night for some cramped hotel room. We got a house at The Ledges for less money and it was an amazing place to stay. My family loved being in a house instead of a hotel, and they loved the amenities. The pool was great, we loved the private hot tub, and the house was clean and well kept. The description was very accurate, the customer service was great, and emails were promptly answered. We went to Tuacahn one evening, which was great, and just saw local attractions the rest of the time, like the LDS Temple. The property is about 15 minutes from downtown St. George and Tuacahn. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the St. George area, and I am going to try and plan a future family reunion that includes a stay at The Ledges.

Reviewer Comments: Found out if we booked through the actual ledges website that it was $50 cheaper than VRBO. We got into town at 2 PM and check in wasn’t until 4 PM and they let us in early with no extra charge. Decor was based on the LDS religion. I assumed that this place had a gym but they don’t, which was fine . Never used the community pool or hot tub because it was snowing and under 40°. The best part about this condo in the winter is it’s personal hot tub on the deck, which we used twice a day during our stay. Loved that the unit was brand new and felt like home instead of staying in a hotel room. There were, I am assuming, FLDS members, in their long dresses walking around the neighborhood, they were friendly and waved and said hello. The beds were comfy and this unit did have Beach towels in it but I’m not sure if you’re supposed to use them because it says no towels from the unit at the pool? It did have body wash or shampoo and conditioner in each shower so if you forgot to pack that it’s available there. Overall I would stay there over a hotel room any day. There were some potato chips in the living room on the floor in the couch when we got there and some of the plates in the cupboard I’d like a film on them but for the most part the unit was really clean. And this place is 10 to 15 minutes away from anything.
