18 Holes and A Hot Tub (formerly named The Eagle's Nest) is a luxurious 1,812 sq. foot villa offering a delightful stay with a private hot tub for added relaxation. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom haven is furnished with top-notch upgrades, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this villa is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Checkin & checkout were very slick, never saw a mgmt. person while there! Stayed 4 nights & played 6 golf rounds, so not there a lot. I left a valuable article in room, discovered it after unpacking at home. Called mgmt.& they located & mailed it to me immediately. Very satisfied.

Perfect for a family get away

Beautiful and comfortable home! We rented this for 2 nights at the end of December. We loved the easy access to Snow Canyon SP and Zion NP. The pickle ball courts and private hot tub were also well used by us. We especially loved that the baby could sleep upstairs and not hear all our laughter with game night! We plan to stay here again!

Great Place for a Golf Trip

Close proximity to SR18 for convenience to many of St. George's best golf courses. Right next to hole 18 on The Ledges. Would stay again and recommend to others. Nice Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really liked the property. Very clean and well kept and having golf nearby was very well received. The only downsides were very minor. It is located out in the middle of nowhere, so if you need something at the grocery store or decide to eat out, it's not very convenient. Also, the hot tubs need some sort of partition from the unit next to us. Relaxing after a round of golf was much appreciated, but you are literally feet away from the unit next door and if anyone is in that tub, you have no privacy. It can be a little awkward. Had a great weekend and would definitely stay at the Ledges again. Already thinking about the next trip.

Nice & Easy

We had a great time using the amenities. We all enjoyed the Pickle Ball courts. Wish there were more because they were busy. The kids had fun at the community pool and hot tub. The Hot Tub in our unit was an excellent addition to our long days of incredible hikes around the area in Snow Canyon and Red Cliffs. Nice bathroom spaces with 4 1/2 baths and TVs in 3 of the 4 rooms were a nice bonus as well. The kitchen was well equipped; could have used more trash bags but overall a great experience!

Well stocked with all the supplies we needed. Comfortable. Cons:Garage small. (Only a small car would fit)Stairs up were long because of high ceilings. TV in family room and one bedroom were not on dish and we couldn’t get it to be. Sheets/towels were a bit dingy and rough. Overall a great, fun experience.

Mostly Good...

I wish I could write a better review about this place, but there were a few issues that future travelers should be aware of. Upon arrival, the unit had not been cleaned since the previous renters. The property managers were very responsive and sent the cleaners over right away, however- the cleaners arrived without masks. We take the pandemic seriously, so we did not feel safe having a group of strangers inside a home that we would be staying in for the next few days (without masks on for an extended period of time). The property managers were responsive and understanding, and personally delivered masks to the housecleaners so that the rental could be cleaned safely while we were there (we really appreciated this). The other issue we ran into was that the hot tub ended up giving me a bad rash/hives, confirmed by my doctor today- as "hot tub folliculitis" (Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Overall the rental is nice, and the location is perfect (close to Snow Canyon). There are a few kinks to work out with hot tub cleaning/maintenance and communication with cleaning crews (which it sounds like the property managers are taking seriously). Just a note that the property managers have been very responsive and accommodating, which I appreciate- but I do think it is important to leave an honest review.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience. Loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars. Plenty of clean and functional bathrooms. Wished for more places to hang up wet beach towels. Kitchen appliances were clean and easy to use. Wished for better stocked supplies, including dish soap, salt, pepper, dish rags, muffin tin. Kitchen has limited counter space, which made food prep a little tricky, but doable. Living room area felt a bit small with our family of six. Couch has a damaged leg that is currently supported somewhat precariously by a wooden block. It's OK, but we knocked it over a couple of times. Two tables provided plenty of space for eating, games, puzzles. Bedrooms generally satisfactory. The room with two bunkbeds is quite cramped. Only two of our kids stayed there, so it was fine, but it would have been more difficult to fit four people in there with their clothes and belongings. Love the location near beautiful snow canyon; it feels somewhat removed from the hubbub of the city, but you can get to the city in 5 minutes. Some of floor mats and rugs seemed liked they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Enjoyed the art on the walls, including an impressive large-scale yarn reproduction of Arnold Friberg's painting of Moroni. The garage has pickleball equipment.

Friends Wedding/Golf Weekend

Great property with easy check in. Picturesque views of the surrounding area. Loved the community pickleball courts, pool/hot tub and quick access to Snow Canyon State Park. We also enjoyed the personal hot tub on the front deck later at night. If you are a fan of golfing like us you will love looking out on the 18th hole of The Ledges as well as the quick walk to/from the clubhouse and practice areas. Parking was a bit tricky if you had more than 2 vehicles as it is a single car driveway (1 car inside garage and 1 car outside) and no street parking permitted per HOA ordinance. Additional spots were found down the street a short walk away from the property. Overall value was good but could be better without the hidden fees for each little thing. I would rather see that included in the nightly rental.

A lovely home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, modern, and clean. The furniture and decor is lovely. The location is right next to Snow Canyon State Park which I would highly recommend visiting. It is a a bit of a drive to downtown St. George (about 10-15 mins depending on traffic) so if you’re going to be going back and forth several times a day it could get annoying. The master bedroom’s bed is a bit stiff but if that’s not an issue for you, you should be fine. The keypad to check-in is a bit tricky and gets stuck. Also, if you cannot tell from the photos, there are two neighbors’ balconies on either side of the your balcony. The primary reason I chose to rent this property is due to the hot tub on the balcony. However, every night we were there the neighbors were on the balcony from sunset until after 1am when we went to sleep. That was quite frustrating. We would’ve gone earlier to “beat them” to the spot but that would require using the hot tub when it’s about 110 degrees and sunny... not enjoyable. Their hot tub is also directly next to this hot tub so you would be about a foot away from them with zero privacy if you go out at the same time as them. The view from the backyard patio is beautiful and looks out directly to the golf course. At night the stars are gorgeous. We would visit again in a heartbeat.
