Gracious and responsive host. The condo had everything we needed. Overall, the building and amenities were a little outdated, but a perfect spot for ski access to Brian Head.

We have stayed here before and this time it was so much better! We were met by a resident named Isaak who guided us to our room and answered all of our questions. The place seemed cleaner and better taken care of than our last stay.

Great stay!

Loved our stay here! Loved that there were 3 big beds and space for a family. We enjoyed the nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Check in and communication was awesome.

Amazing place to stay

Very clean, shower was a little dirty but everywhere else was nice. Property and amenities were as described amd location was beautiful

Great Location

We always have a great stay at Royal Vista II. The location is great to both Navajo and Giant Steps. We love the access to the pool, spa, and fitness room. We also enjoy having a kitchen a bedrooms of our own.

Great spot to stay in Brian Head

We always love staying in Brian Head. Scott is one of the best hosts, highly recommend any of his properties you can book through him. Such a great trip we had once again, we go every year and love it. Thank you for making it a really nice visit, easy and comfortable.

Great easy location.

It was a great location. It was a little tight for bike racers getting ready with all of our gear but everything else was great.

The property was clean and very cozy. We had an issue with the fireplace but when I called the owner they were very quick to respond and have the issue fixed right away. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.

This was fine for the price. Owner was great in every way. Great communication. I really wish whoever is in charge of the building would take care of it better. It is seeing its age and it doesn’t seem to have anyone who cares. But the host is A

Great Place!

The condo was a great place for family, especially with the amenities (pool, sauna, locker rooms, air hockey, etc.) offered in the building. Our kids had fun sleeping in the solarium. The condo was not actually ski-in/ski-out, but the shuttle system wase extremely efficient and helpful! We never had to wait long. With the condo located between the two main lifts, it was a great place to stay for skiing at Brian Head! Thank you!

Ann and her group were fantastic guests. I am truly sorry about the ski in/out situation. My family and I are using it but we know it well and are expert skiers. ... we do understand that it is a challenge with the HUGE amount of snow we have. Also the neighbors construction has complicated the route which will be fixed this summer. However, the FREE town shuttle is working great and after a quick text it is at Copper Chase in less than 5 minutes to take you anywhere you want to go. We really wish all guests were as easy going as Ann and her family. Groups like hers makes hosting a pleasure.
