The ideal vacation home on the water, 3 miles to direct access to the ocean via boat and great for a large family vacations! This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home and has a dock for fishing, large pool, hot tub, ping pong table, foosball table, nerf gun wall, game room, fire pit.... if you're hosting a party on the premises, you must let us know beforehand or we will retain your entire security deposit for unauthorized guests on the premises and have you escorted off the property by the police. ( Please note that we HAVE to say this)

Great stay - Perfect for a group getaway spot. Went to a game at Hardrock and the drive was very close - Perfect if planning something like that.

Great Stay!!

The house was very nice and spacious, clean and has a great location very close to the beach and all kinds of shopping centers. Communication with the host was great he was quick to respond and very accommodating

Nice location

The Host really help with everything, location very spacious and clean. We will definitely stay again. Trust me when I tell you this is the best location to host any function. Cant wait to return.

Exactly what we were looking for

We have a big family so this property fit us perfectly, I loved having the hot tub, heated pool and bay area. The fire pit was a nice addition. The home was lovely and had lots of fun activities for everyone. I appreciate all the details like wine fridge, seasonings, two fridges, a cooler and boogie boards to take to the beach. Also thankful for the many towels. Would definitely come again.

Fully stocked and clean house!

We had a great stay at this house, we were a group of 12 and the house had everything we needed to enjoy the pool and cook all of our meals at home. At one point we asked the host if there was a blender in the house and he actually stopped by and dropped one off for us!

Graduation Weekend!

We absolutely had a beautiful time at our stay and Mr. and Mrs. Colpani home! It was my daughter‘s graduation weekend from high school and thanks to the size of the house and the yard we were able to all our family and friends for a great weekend! Not only did we get to enjoy the beautiful home, we were able to fish off the pier which was super fun! We were also able to have a small celebration which made the experience even more beautiful! Thank you so much!

Very nice house with an amazing pool

Very nice new house. We had perfect weather and took full advantage of the great pool and hot tub. Lots of fun games inside when we weren't hanging out by the pool. Rooms were very nice, and the kitchen was great for cooking. Communication with the owners was great.

Great House for a relaxing getaway

House was great for our weekend getaway. Close to the airport as well as Ft Lauderdale beach and Hollywood beach. I’d stay here again for sure.

Beautiful and up-to-date house

This house exceeded my group’s expectations! It was very open, clean, and up-to-date. The backyard has room for tons of activities, and the pool/hot tub are great features. I would definitely stay there again in the future and recommend it to others!

Family vacation review

Our family had a wonderful time in FTL! We wanted to take the time to write this review to hopefully benefit and provide honest insight to future guests. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for cooking, pool/beach. Its location is convenient, however, we feel guests need to be aware that this is the best house in the neighborhood and the area. When you are paying premium, you do not expect this type of neighborhood and surroundings. There is a sign on the entry gate that states the police can come investigate at any time and the overall vibe is not welcoming. Also, it is important to note that the owner’s communication is poor. We reached out several times prior to vacation due to receiving spam emails from her and to get information about the property before traveling, she never responded. When staying at the house and you receive their number for communication, she didn’t respond until the next day for a quick question during the stay. Overall, the actual home itself is great, and well equipped, with fun to be had for all, but everything goes downhill from there. We travel and rent a lot and when we pay this price, we’ve never been let down like this. We would consider staying here again but at half the price – that is more reasonable based on total experience. It is not premium as it appears to be.

Magical!!

Where do I begin? This home is just perfect!! Stunning modern decor and immacullate!! Every single detail in the home was thought of and it is missing nothing! The pool is very large and the backyard is just so inviting!! Colleen and Jon were the warmest hosts and assisted us promptly with whatever we needed. They even went so far as to send a special surprise for our children our first AM in the home! They are wonderful people!! My family had the most beautiful vacation and will truly cherish the memories spent here!!

Beautiful Home

The house was everything we were looking for. It is very clean and has great amenities overall. It does have a decent amount of air traffic near the home and the home is much nicer than the surrounding neighborhood. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Amazing house!

Me and a group of 14 stayed here for Spring Break. The house was just as it looked in pictures and was the perfect house for a week vacation in Florida. Pool, hot tub, so spacious, and right on the inter-coastal! I highly recommend.

Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful, exactly as the pictures show. It was a great location (close to the airport) for our girls weekend. Colleen was a great host and super responsive to any questions we had throughout the stay!

Wonderful House, Wonderful Owners!

Our gymnastics team had a competition in Fort Lauderdale. We were looking for a house with a pool. This house was absolutely perfect for our group of kids and adults! Lots of space and the pool was great! Any questions that we had were quickly answered by Jon and Colleen! We are considering this competition for next season and if we do, we are hoping that this house is available again! It was wonderful!!!

Beautifully tucked away on the waterfront in quiet neighborhood

I simply "loved" staying at this home. It is VERY comfortable for large family gatherings. We loved it and do plan to visit again, and again :-)..
