Monaco condo stay

Location was great, easy walk to restaurants and essentials. Pool and hot tub in great condition. Condo was not clean, no pool towels (and only 4 large towels and two hand towels), no plastic cups/plates to use at the pool. Sheets in master were threadbare and some holes. Very drab interior. I would stay in the area again, but not in this condo

Scottsdale Sun

Owner was very responsive to emails. Check in process was well organized and easy. Unit was in a nice neighborhood overlooking the pool and spa. BBQ grills worked fine and were clean. The unit was well stocked with cleaning products. Kitchen coffee maker thoughtfully included starter collection of K cups. Also in kitchen was aluminum foil, basic spices and nice supply of cooking equipment. Unfortunately, the unit is in need of a thorough cleaning and possible update. Fans in bedrooms were covered with dust so thick, we were afraid to start the fans. Ceiling in master bath was badly stained over the sink counter. Glass door to master shower was missing glide lip allowing it to move inward toward the interior, creating a dangerous situation. Various food items were left in the refrigerator and breakfast cereal in the cabinets. Couches in living room were covered with scattered feathers. We were left thinking that the unit could not have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Owner was agreeable to our arrival at 2 o’clock, two hours early. Overall a great find except for cleaning issues. It was clear however that both bedrooms had been vacuumed.

nice getaway

This is the first time i have used VRBO and it made it easy. the place was as the pictures showed. contemporary and an outstanding location for sure. This area is close to everything we needed and much within walking distance. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Lani, the property owner was always responsive to any questions or minor issues that came up. We took long walks in the area. I would love to stay there again.

Beautiful little place

This property was perfect. For 2 guys attending some training it gave us the privacy we needed and accommodated us perfectly. The pool and hot tub were amazing along with the workout facility. Everyone in the complex was very nice. Hoping to come back someday and will be looking for this place again.

Perfect location

The condo was in a very lovely location , pool area and grounds were nice. The owner was very helpful when needed. Needs a bit of tlc on the inside. Had a good week over all.

Perfect vacation

The hosts were very accomodating and answered questions within minutes! They went out of their way make us feel welcome. The pictures are a true shot of what the condo looks like. The location was close to everything. We loved all the walking paths surrounding the complex; and walked to Starbucks every morning. We’d love to stay again if we go to AZ next year. Scottsdale in Spring is a welcome change for the COLD midwest winters!

Bad Experience

Inadequate cookware when we arrived. Dishwasher not fastened to counter and would tip when opened, 2 burnt out lightbulbs in kitchen. No hot water for 5 days! The problem was not the condo itself but the inexperience of the owner who accused me of leaving crumbs in the couch and carpet, sticky microwave and extremely sticky floors (after I had dusted all furniture, vacuumed and mopped the floors and left the condo spotless and even washed the sheets and towels before we left). I was very upset as I did not have to do any cleaning at all as I was charged a cleaning fee. We liked the condo but would not rent from this owner again.

Quite and chic!

Very luxurious and modern condo in Paridise Valley Scottsdale. The condo was equipped with all the basic necessities and very clean and comfortable! Not to mention the gym and pool/hot tub. Only a two minute walk from morning coffee or fine dinning and less than a five minute drive to old town. This unit will be the great escape you’re looking for on your visit!
