2 Queen Size Beds, Plus a Queen Size Aero Bed for Living Room, Ideal for 4 but Sleeps 6 with the Aero Bed. 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo, the other a walk-in shower. Private, pleasant deck, All Appliances, Including Washer & Dryer, Stocked Kitchen With All the Baking Dishes, Pots & Pans, Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster and more. Bedding & Towels Provided, 2 TV's, Internet, DVD & VHS Player.

A well reviewed unit with updates! Comfortable, homey feel, in a quiet part of the development. Easy walk to the new Alpine Coaster! Our condo has two sky lights and a very private, corner setting. Most units in this complex have decks that look onto other decks -- ours is very private, with view out to hillside and no other decks or units looking into ours!

At western entrance to town, off of Icicle Creek Road. Easy walk to downtown, along the Riverwalk or through town (maybe 15 minutes), near Enchantment Park, a couple of minutes from the Alpine Coaster, and 3/4 of a mile to rafting entry point.

We are happy to share our unit with you and hope you will return again and again! When you "checkout" on VRBO there will be no "Owner's Fees" which are added management fees. You will pay our stated price, cleaning and required taxes, plus VRBO renter fees only. We hope we will earn a 5-star review, so if anything is not to your expectations, please let us know.

Enjoy the Great Town of Leavenworth, There is Always Something Going On! Wine Tasting, Breweries, Restaurants, Hiking, Biking, Rafting, Tubing, & Skiing. Watch for festivals and live music most of the year.

Everything was as described. Clean, great location, quiet. Would have been nice to have soap for shower, but only hand soap provided. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The condo was very clean and spacious and comfortable. We did not get information about check-in until we were already on our way, which was disappointing because the Keurig coffee pot was broken and we had packed our own coffee pods for the Keurig coffee pot. We did not pack coffee for the regular coffee maker, since we did not know about it in time. The Condo listing says that the summer theater is a three minute walk, but that is simply a box office. The theater is actually a 10 minute drive. Otherwise the condo is exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Perfect location, especially if you are coming not just to experience Leavenworth the town, but also the surrounding natural landscape. We spent nice cool mornings eating breakfast on the deck and slept well in the quiet neighborhood.

Mountain views!

This property was great for our stay in Leavenworth. Across the street from the Alpine Coaster and walkable to the shops and restaurants downtown. It was also easy to get out of town to hiking trails in the Enchantments. The only downside was that the unit claims air conditioning. There is a unit in the living room, but not bedrooms, so it was very hot trying to sleep in mid July. If you are here in summer, I highly recommend getting tickets to the Leavenworth Summer Theater. It’s an outdoor amphitheater on the ski hill so you get to watch the sun set over the mountains while you enjoy the show!

Clean and Convenient for Leavenworth Visit

I stayed here from July 4th to July 6th. The outside temperature was very high during my stay. There is a window AC unit in the room — it wasn’t quite powerful enough during the hottest part of the afternoon, but after 9 PM it cooled down to a comfortable temperature.The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The host sent me the check-in information one day in advance, so the check-in process was smooth.It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Leavenworth and about 15 minutes to walk to the river.

Honeymoon Trip!

We had a great time overall in Leavenworth. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn't figure out how to lock back up the security box so putting the key back in was hard. Had to reach out to owner and it still took 2 of us to get it. Also, we had somebody try to come in right after we got there. They started banging on our door for a few minutes. We think they might have been at the wrong place, but it definitely scared us.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We purchased this condo in 2012 to be used to getaway from Western Washington to the great weather and recreation of Leavenworth. We use the home as base for skiing in the the winter and river rafting, golfing and hiking in the spring and fall. We don't use it as much as we expected because of our schedule, so we enjoy sharing it with guests through VRBO. We are very pleased with the reviews we have received to date, and hope if you rent our home you will be leave a review and let us know if anything needs attention.

We think our condo is distinguished from others in the complex due to its uniquely private location. There are no buildings or units facing our deck or living area -- no decks looking across to our deck (which was important to us when buying). We can look out over the lawn and trees and in the distance see a beautiful hillside, rather than other units! The two skylights, also unique to our unit, provide added light, another feature that we love -- we love the light bright unit, which I was not able to capture well in the photos!
This unit should have everything you need for a comfortable stay, We have pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking dishes, dishware, keurig, etc. Fast internet, 2 TV's, DVR, VHS, radio, washer, dryer and covered parking for your car.
