Great property and lovely hosts. Must be noted that there isn't actually wifi on the property, you must walk down the street for it.

What a fabulous place to stay! So comfortable, cosy and warm. Loved the surrounds as we had delicious breaky and looked out the windows. We felt spoilt with the yummy home baked bread and biscuits that the very lovely hosts baked for us. A very quiet, clean and spacious cottage.We enjoyed it so much that we want to return soon.

Host was friendly and flexible. It would be muddy where we park for our unit yellow, if rainy. We enjoyed good weather since arriving so no probs.

Really enjoyed our stay in the yellow cottage. It's simple and relaxing, at a nice spot 15 minutes out of Mansfield. The bread, biscuits and muffins were brilliant. Do recommend.

A great stay in a beautiful location

A very relaxing stay at this accomodation. The hosts are exceptional, the surrounds spacious and tranquil and the rooms clean, comfortable and cosy. I'd happily book in again when next in Mansfield.

We had a lovely stay and would recommend. We were so glad the property was accomodating of our furry family member. It was a lovely surprise to see the beautiful brekkie provision.It was a great location too to be able to explore the area.

Weekend away

Great stay, hosts were lovely. Really enjoyed the fresh homemade bread form the hosts and their homemade jams and marmalades; yum! Strawbale walls gives a lovely feel, quiet and cosy.

We loved our stay at Frogsong cottages. Maggie and David are very friendly, kind Hosts. The home baked bread and muffins are amazing. The beds are really comfortable. The views from the windows are beautiful. Our Kelpie dog was made to feel so welcome, she loved her stay too. The location of Mountain Bay is beautiful and so tranquil, only a 15 minute drive to Mansfield. We'll definitely be back

Two night getaway

Lovely cottage, beautiful view, excellent hospitality with ample breakfast supplies and hot freshly baked muffins delivered in the morning at a time to suit the guest. Maggie and Dave go above and beyond for their guests.

Maggie was wonderfully. The setting was serene. A microwave and knowing we won't have internet signal woukd have been helpful. Otherwise we couldn't ask for a better host.

Great hospitality, highly recommended

A unique, cosy, comfy cottage in a great spot. Maggie and Dave are fabulous hosts. The heater was on for our arrival and we were greeted with a freshly baked loaf of bread, jams, freshly ground coffee, fruit bowl, half-dozen eggs, cereals, with home-baked muffins provided another morning
