Great rental, quiet area. Unfortunately we had a rain during our stay so we weren't able to enjoy the patio as much as we had hoped.

Renters should be aware that the stairs going to the upstairs bedrooms (there is one bedroom on the main floor) are not for mobility challenged as they turn 180 degrees in the process. There is a railing as there can be but not in the "corners" and the steps vary to quite narrow on the inside. While there is a half bath on the main floor, the only full bath is upstairs. The kitchen included an excellent variety of potential needs for any cooking. The location on the river was most inviting.

Love the house, great location on a bluff above the river. We were only there overnight so we didn't use many of the amenities but all looked lovely. The shower was wonderful! The host responded in a timely manner which was appreciated greatly.

Great place to visit Iowa Falls

Second time staying here. It is convenient to where my aged mother lives, and better to have a home to ourselves than rent two or more rooms at a motel. Love the setting, and it's a very comfortable home.

The kitchen island is large and perfect for gathering around. Can fit the whole crew at the dining room table or on the patio. 6 of us stayed here comfortably. Thoroughly our stay.
