A bold & unique pet friendly South Beach home

This property has been constructed with fun and flair. It is located in the south beach area only a short stroll to the popular pea soup beach. The large external sheltered decking and veranda are perfect for family alfresco dining, with BBQ supplied.

The kitchens colour scheme is bold and it works it comes fitted with all the modern essential conveniences, including a coffee pod machine! The open planned kitchen, dining and lounge area has a large flat screen Smart TV with DVD player for those winter evenings snuggled down inside with a steaming mug of hot chocolate.

The master bedroom is a Queen bed and built in robes. The second bedroom has a double bed with built in robes and the third bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks. Plenty of room for the entire family to get away all year round.

The bathroom has a separate shower and a very large spa - not found in many holiday homes!

There is a separate toilet located in the laundry which is handy. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer.

At the rear is a small enclosed grass yard making it suitable for small children and your furry friends. While at the front of the house there is ample space to park both the family car and boat. It's a fantastic family holiday home ready for your next adventure in Port Fairy

Great location - minutes from the beach !

Property had lots of amenities to ensure a great stay. Great that it was pet friendly. Excellent location - minutes from the beach and a short walk into town. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

We had a lovely time in Port Fairy and the property was clean and very well presented. Short walk to the beach and close to town. The yard was perfect for our dog. Thanks.

Fantastic dog friendly accomodation

Great house which is set up well for our fur babies. House will maintained with all amenities provided. Good location and only a 15min walk to the Main Street. Check in process and correspondence with the property manager made our stay enjoyable. Would certainly book again and recommend to others.

Convenient location. Kitchen extremely well supplied in appliances, cutlery etc. Shower not great, goes hot and cold constantly even though no-one using water. Fan in laundry turning on but not rotating - should not be used until fixed as it is a safety hazard. Very good supply of DVDs, towels etc.

Fantastic stay in Port Fairy

We spent 3 nights at this lovely home. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family (myself, husband, two teenagers and our dog). The house was spotless, the backyard was perfect for our dog and it was in a great location (about a 25 minute walk to town). The spa in the main bathroom was an added bonus too! We were provided with a fantastic information pack on the house prior to arrival and the property managers were fantastic.We would highly recommend a stay here and if we are back in Port Fairy again we would love to stay here again!

Port fairy long weekend

It was great for us; comfortable, and quite spacious, think it needs a new shower head! Also maybe an outside light near stairs would be a good idea, pretty dark coming home from dinner. We also had an issue with one of the dishwashers.

Arrived and the side gate was open. I could not shut it and there was no power in the house other than the lights. Rang the the number and got the head guy come over and got the gate closed so the dogs that were still to arrive would not get out and found the power swithc board and there was a problem as it kept shorting out. He had to ring an electricain that came in and it was the range hood that has water into it, he isolated it and we had power again. THe head guy got the heater going but we had no idea how to turn it down and no idea how to get the TV going and no idea how to get the over or grill working. No instructions anywhere, so I googled how to use them and we got them all working. Suggestion to have the instructions for all of the applicances on hand. Other than the dramas when we first got there was a very comfortable house for 3 adults and 3 dogs. The owners gave us a 12.00pm checkout that was really nice. Our 3 night stay was very enjoyable.

You are right we do not have instructions for the oven, TV and heater as far as I am aware they are pretty straight forward. I will of course go and double check to see if it's more complicated that I imagine but please do not hesitate to call. We are more than happy to come and help or talk you through issues

Review of 8 Jehu St

Was a great location and a great size house for the family. Areas of the house had mould and a lot of condensation in the windows and walls. Gas heating good in the lounge but not for warming rest of house. Shower had low pressure.

Hi Jason. Thank you for your review. Since your booking we have arranged for a tradie to check it out, the roof was in need of repair hence the condensation and mould. This has now been booked in. There should have been heaters in each of the bedrooms, but I will make sure this is the case. Please don't ever hesitate to call if you are unhappy with anything, we always have someone we can send around with additional heating or whatever you require. Thanks again for staying. We had a great time. The property manager Jamie was very helpful and quick to respond.

It was a great place to stay with families. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity and time to come back. Excellent service and prompt response from the property manager. The house was very clean and tidy.

Family Accomm

Great house especially for two families. Due to pets being inside, venetian blinds were broken and some couldn't be raised or lowered. Cleanliness of furniture needs attention as does the changing of light globes. Kitchen well equipped for larger families

Simply lovely

Cute location, close to the beach with a good view from the deck. Secure yard for pets and good entertaining area. Bath tub was great.

Week in the Port

It is an excellent place for those who want to bring their pets. All amenities are excellent....... kitchen bathroom laundry. Beds are super comfortable and towels/bed linen are of high quality. Drinking water in Port Fairy is not great so buy some bottles. Only negative is a few protruding nails on the deck and a gate at the front of the house would be nice for additional pet/children security

Excellent value- we loved Birdland!

Wonderful facilities, extremely clean. Very pleasant check in process and communication from the property manager. Great yard for the dogs. We loved our stay here!
