Came into town for the weekend and this property was perfect. Easy to access and not far from anything. The place was simple and clean! Would definitely stay there again if I return to the area!

Our stay

The home was very clean but had an issue with the air, the Property manager was very efficient and had fixed same day. Would like to have seen a security bar in the sliding window.

North Port Florida

Nice place. Priced appropriately. Clean. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Property is located on a fairly busy road. It can be quite loud. The tap water is not drinkable so you will need to purchase bottled water.

Great location

I was very pleased with cleanliness of the property, beautiful kitchen, nice interior decor. The only one thing I wish they would improve the dining chairs when you move them are making pretty loud noise on floor tiles

Warm Mineral Springs

House was very clean; cookware in great shape; towels very plush; nice, quiet location; host responded quickly to inquiries; Only negative - water high in sulphur due to location; just plan to bring your own for drinking and/or cooking.; would book again.

Our Florida VRBO stay

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was a good one. The house was very spacious and clean. Everything was up to date and worked perfectly. It was especially nice to have laundry facilities there. We will definitely use VRBO again.

Property exceeded my expectations.

We recently purchased a home in Port Charlotte and needed to rent your property before the closing. Your property was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The warm springs was a bonus (not to mention right next door). The tenants next door were friendly. The driveway was large and perfect for the trailer we had with us also. My sister took the posted rental information for future use (although I would expect her to stay with us in PC!!).

Marvelously Adequate

The house met all our basic needs. It was clean and comfortable. The major downside was the water tasted salty which required us to buy drinking water.

Vacation at the Mineral Lake

The unit is quite comfortable, neighborhood safe. About three minute walk to the lake. Shopping - grocery store ( European), bakery, produce are within walking distance. If you want some exercise, it's 25 min walk to get there. Though it would be nice to have a little more trees around the house, it's a nice place for vacation.

A modest but interesting property

We found this duplex unit to be comfortable although it was somewhat sparsely furnished. The location somewhat off the beaten path was quiet and peaceful which we appreciated. We were intrigued by the proximity to the Warm Mineral Springs and enjoyed our visit there very much.
