Hermoso apartamento frente al mar, con vistas a la bahía, a pocos pasos de la playa. El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las habitaciones y es ideal para pasar en cualquier momento del año.
Consta de 3 dormitorios,el principal con cama doble y los otros dos con 2 camas individuales , 2 baños,uno en la habitación principal y otro junto a los otros dos dormitorios. Cocina,comedor y salon forman una gran estancia con vistas al mar.Desde el salon,por medio de unas vidrieras correderas se accede a una terraza amueblada tambien con vistas a la preciosa bahía de Pollensa. Desde la terraza por una escalera de caracol se sube a una azotea privada con varias tumbonas.

The perfect location and great size. There were 4 of us and it was pretty spacious. The balcony and rooftop was a great bonus. Proximity to the beach is amazing. There is a covered parking spot below the building. Convenience stores right there and lots to do on the street. Highly recommended

Awesome view of the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. Had parking included which was nice. Rafael was great and easy to communicate with! We would stay here again!

Rafa was a very helpful and welcoming host, the apartment is very spacious and in a great spot with an amazing view. We were staying out of season early Dec 25 but still had a lovely stay using PP as a base to explore the North of the island, we had a hire car and it was nice the apartment had its own undercover parking space.

Best place to stay!

We had a great time in Port de Pollenca. The hosts are really kind, the apartment was clean and looks exactly like on the pictures. The highlight is of course the ocean view. We will come back for sure. Thank you for having us!

Fabulous Apartment overlooking the bay!

Catalina made sure we had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is in a lovely position close to 3 good local restaurants and plenty of local shops and a reasonable walk down to Pine Walk

The apartment was in a great position and the views were great, the owner very friendly. The negatives were the lack of english channels could only get news and the bathrooms/kitchen were a bit dated.

Fantastic Trip

Would recommend this property to anyone staying in Puerto de Pollensa. From the point of booking through until arrival at the property the communication from the owners was very quick and helpful. All rooms were very clean and as described and the view from the balcony/terrace is amazing. The apartment is in a fantastic location overlooking the beach with shops within 2 minute walk and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. We look forward to returning

Stunning Views, lovely modern apartment.

It would have been 5* but the hob didn't work. I do understand that it was the Easter holiday and it was difficult to get an engineer. The views are stunning & we will return.

Lovely place to stay

The apartment was exactly as described and very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is in an excellent location as it is only approx 5 mins walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa. The owner was very helpful and only lives a few doors away so was available if we needed anything - not that we did. The only reasons we cannot rate this as excellent is that the kitchen is under-equipped for 6 people (luckily there were only 2 of us) and there are no English TV channels. Other than that, we had a really lovely time and will definitely go back to this apartment the next time we visit Puerto Pollensa.

I am sorry about the equipement, the apartement is beeing ocupied since april with 2 to 4 people and nobody has told anything, but I will survey again and see what is missing about the English Channels I don´t really know what happens because there is a Parabolic Antene in the roof terrace and you can see English, French, Germans, Italiens, Spanisch Channells and at the moment there are some Britisch clients which have confirmed that they are seeing Britisch Chanels. I leave only 5 minutes walking from the apartement and I allways say to my clients to call me if anything dosen´t work, my apartement is a normal house and in all houses things get booken but I am there to get everything fixed as soon as possible.

A lovely apartment, great location!

The apartment is located just across from the beach - great to be able to sit on the balcony with a drink and watch your kids on the beach! The apartment is clean and tidy, and supplied with all the cleaning bits and bobs you dont want to bother carrying. The owner was helpful and contacted us before our arrival to confirm the time of arrival and departure. I would recommend this property - although if you are using the local shops next to the building I would avoid the nearest shop - poor stock rotation and gone off milk!

Stunning Puerto Pollensa apartment

We stayed here for 1 week at the end of July 2022. Firstly the photos on VRBO do not do this beautiful apartment justice. The views are just amazing. It is very spacious and has a brand new kitchen. It was spotlessly clean. We loved the location right on the beach and because it’s 5 mins walk from the harbour it’s nice and quiet. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, and we would not hesitate to return. It is on the top floor so also has access to it’s own sun terrace. The contact with the owner was good from the time of booking until we left.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location

Have just returned from staying in this great apartment in a fabulous location overlooking the bay in Puerto Pollensa. The owner, Catalina was there to greet us on arrival and despite arriving early was more than happy to let us in and show us round. The apartment itself was really spacious which was great with two teenage girls, especially the fact they had their own bathroom! Lovely and clean and Catalina was just a phone call away if needed. The internet access was not working which we needed for our daughter to revise for her GCSE's and one call to Catalina and it was sorted within two hours the next morning! There is a road in front of the apartment which was a little noisy first thing in the morning as the windows aren't double glazed but we are fairly early risers so this wasn't really a problem. The beach is superb, resort quite low key but felt really safe and lovely restaurants to try out in the evening. The weather wasn't that kind to us so the roof terrace was ideal to nip up and 'catch the rays' when the sun came out and then dash back indoors when the cloud and rain then followed! The spiral staircase up to the roof terrace from the balcony is not the easiest to climb and probably not ideal for smaller children or the less mobile. The lovely pool at the Pollensa Park Hotel behind the apartments was also handy and was fine to use as long as we bought a drink! The apartment is about 10 mins walk along the promenade to the centre of the resort but is a lovely walk with various shops etc en route. We will definitely return in the future and thank you Catalina for your kind hospitality and helpfulness.

Maravilloso !

El apartamento es una autentica maravilla ! Limpísimo, grande y súper completo ! Las vistas increíbles ! Y la relación con la propietaria Catalina perfecta , en todo momento muy pendiente de nuestra llegada y de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar durante nuestra estancia . Un 10 en TODO !!!

Estancia perfecta!

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos dias en el puerto de pollensa y disfrutar de unas vistas increibles, pasamos horas mirando por la ventana! La casa esta limpisima, con todo lo necesario para poder estar largas estancias, es muy amplia y comoda. La atencion de Catalina, estupenda! Sin duda intentaremos volver!

Great apartment, super quiet location with incredible views from balcony and roof terrace. Beds were comfortable and AirCon very effective, really appreciated the shutters on all windows to keep the heat out when the sun was blazing so early in the day. All kitchen appliances worked well and it felt like a home from home. Thanks Rafael, we really hope we can find another date to visit again in the future.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, er hat für uns sogar eine weihnachtliche Lichterkette installiert. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei.
