Complex is conveniently located near the intersection of Washington and Fred Waring in Palm Desert and just a few minutes walk from the Indian Wells Tennis Center. Enjoy 3 pools, 5 tennis courts , barbecue and fitness center/clubhouse all on property. 2nd floor unit with fireplace overlooks pool with over 1200 square feet, washer/dryer in unit, recently remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances . Large bedrooms with flat screen LCD TVs and large closets. Master bath with shower and double sink vanity. Close proximity to over 125 golf courses, shopping, 5 casinos and fine dining. Directly across the street from Indian Wells tennis center featuring one of the top pro tournaments in the world.

The property was wonderful, the house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and starter coffee :). Everything was in working condition and the communication from the host was excellent! We hope to return again soon!

Our stay at this condo was great. We had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Great communication from the owner and property manager.instructions for check-in and details during our stay were sent to me in an inform active email with diagrams. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for exploring the valley

A nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Clean, comfortable, easy to get anywhere you want to go in the area. Easy access to tennis courts, pickle ball, pool, hot tub and gym. A great place to stay!

Perfect place for 2 couples

Place was perfectly located and in a great complex. Host was very responsive. Home was perfect for two couples as a home base.

Golfing getaway

A golf buddy and i stayed at this location. it was close to most things (max 15 minutes to play golf at the courses we chose). Beer Hunter was nice sports bar close by

Powertrip Stay

We stayed here during the Powertrip 3-Day Festival. The location was perfect; only 15 minutes from the Festival Grounds. Clean condo, large rooms, and all the amenities with great shopping centers and restaurants within minutes for all your travel needs. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home in a beautiful community

We lucked out… the places we usually stay at were booked and we found this gem. The pictures are accurate… but it’s even better in person. We especially loved the patio, the comfortable beds. We enjoyed patio dining at La Quinta Old Town and hiking at the La Quinta Cove. I’m keeping this in my records so we can stay here again!

all was great except the code to get in through the gat would not work. We were lucky my sister live in the same proerty to let us in. Once we had the cards all was great

Great community, good amenities… pools, tennis courts, well equipped gym.

Lovely week in Palm Desert despite the historic low temps and record snow falls all around us. Great location, close to everything. Nice community with amenities… pools, tennis courts and fully equipped gym. Excellent communication with Host and property manger.

Loved it

Clean, has everything you need to cook!! Has all the house whole items you will need. Extra pillows, bedding's, towels. Pools are heated, tons of restaurants!! Amazing location!!! I will also come back and stay Owner nice and responsive ❤️

Would stay again

Nice, quiet, property. Clean, with all the amenities needed. My only complaint would be that we didn’t have hot water for the first 18 hours of our 2 day stay. The wind had blown out the pilot light on the water heater. Maintenance got it going, fortunately.

Clean and Spacious

We had a lovely time staying at Condo Oasis at Desert Breezes Resort. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo was a lot more spacious than the pictures show. The check-in process was smooth and Gene made sure to check in with us a few weeks before our trip to make sure we received the check-in instructions. The space itself was clean, and contained all the needed amenities for our stay. Parking is simple and the location is central. We would definitely return to this condo for future stays in Palm Desert!

I accidentally stepped on broken pieces of glass on the dining room floor, my toe was bleeding the first night we were there. Then we found several more pieces under the dining table. We took pictures of it. It may not have been vacuumed properly. So glad that my 1 year old granddaughter did not step on it.
