Relaxing Time

Very neat place with relaxing and nice feel to it. We will be definitely back.

Nice Property - However One Bedroom Was Not Useable

Great propoerty and location. However one bedroom room had been freshy painted. 1 member of the group did try to sleep in the room Friday night and had headaches due to the fumes the next day. Unfortuanatly the paint fumes were overwhelming and did not make it useable, meaning 2 members of the group had to make alternative sleeping arrangements on couches and the floor. Technically the group did not get what was advertised and paid for.

Not what was advertised

There was a dusty smell when you opened the door. The beds were very uncomfortable to the point where one person had to sleep on the couch. The pool room was unusable because of the paint fumes. There was no 3 bathrooms as advertised just one bathroom & a tiny shower in the laundry. And no tub spa as advertised. No instructions on how to use the tv or anything else. Lounges & Table & chairs very uncomfortable….only good thing was the location.

We are sorry to hear there were things you didn’t enjoy about Sorrento Beach House, fortunately we have found that most guests love their stay here. The owners have been updating the property and recently repainted the pool room, so we apologise the room was not aired sufficiently before your arrival. The comfort of a bed is based on personal preference and we have tried to accommodate the needs of most guests. Unfortunately, there is not one perfect mattress for everyone. Regarding bathrooms - there is 1 main bathroom with a toilet and bath, 1 shower with a separate toilet off the laundry, and an outside shower – these details are provided in the property listing. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the amazing location of Sorrento Beach House, only a few minutes’ walk to Sorrento’s main street shops, cafes, hotels, beaches, playgrounds, the ferry and more! It also has a beautiful solar heated swimming pool and huge outdoor entertaining deck where guests can relax and enjoy some downtime.

The location of this property is perfect for a short walk to the local shopping/cafe strip and beach

We would stay here again, this property ticked all our boxes, especially relating to the location and a good sized swimming pool. Would highly recommend this place

Perfect Location

Perfect for a no-car relation. Walking into town for cafes and shops was easy (when we were not relaxing by the pool). Great with the grandkids. Spacious house and although we were 6 persons even 8 people would not find it crowded. I recommend it for the whole family.

Simply relaxing!

House, location and outdoor meals options were wonderful. Kids loved the backyard and the pool. Only con was the pool was solar heated so got to enjoy it on last day after it had time to heat up over 2 hot days. Overall it was one of the best mini break we have enjoyed!
