Main Level: Spacious open floor: Living/Dining/ and Fully-equipped Kitchen. Bedroom with QueenSize bed and en-suite Bathroom. Half-bathroom. Screened Courtyard with Private Pool and sitting area.
Upper Level: Great Master Bedroom with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms (3) w/ KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (4) w/ two TwinSize beds. Bedroom (5) w/ Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed with tumble bed. These two last bedrooms are theme-decorated for kids. Loft with sitting area and TV. Full-bathroom and Washer/Dryer room in the hallway.

Windsor at Westside Resort is a Mediterranean-themed community that features first-class facilities and amenities including: a spectacular clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, an arcade & Sundries Shop, and a full service concierge & activities director. Outdoor recreation includes a Volleyball Court and Multi-purpose Sports Courts, Children's Playground, Resort-style Pool with a Lazy River, Tiki Bar & Spa.

The resort is located on Westside Blvd. just off US 192, giving it easy access to the major highways and a short drive distance to the attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, museums, and nature trails, among other entertainment options.

In addition to the amenities of this resort-style community the two-story townhome features seamless accommodation for up to 13 guests that can fit within its 5 luxury suites and rooms. Guests are amazed in this luxury decorated vacation residence that features an open space where the living-dining area blend with the fully equipped kitchen with view to the private pool.

The accommodation consists of one master bedroom with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom in the main level, and four other bedrooms in the upper level. The main and the second master bedrooms have a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom each, and the other two bedrooms are theme-decorated for kids and share a full bathroom located in the hallway. One has a Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed with a trundle and the other has two TwinSize beds. The Washer/Dryer room is also along the hallway of this level.

The townhome highlights a loft with a comfortable large sofa and TV on the upper level for the enjoyment of the guests.

Professionally Cleaned, High Touch Surfaces Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Clothes are Washed w Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. Cleaning Team uses Gloves and Masks during all cleaning time. During Pre Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay!
* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay

2. Online Verification Process: to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we require completion of an online verification process. This process includes uploading pictures of your identification documents (e.g., driver's license, passport) through our secure platform. We appreciate your cooperation in completing this step before your arrival.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

- Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount.
