The Beach House offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped 1,600 sq ft living space with central air conditioning throughout. Filled with abundant natural light, this charming beach house blends relaxed coastal living with all the comfort of home.

On the ground floor, enjoy the cozy simplicity of the open concept living area, where the living- room, kitchen and dining space come together perfectly for gathering with family and friends after a day at the beach.
The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and a private ensuite small bathroom for added contort and privacy. A guest bathroom also includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

The top floor features two charming bedrooms with original pine wood floors that add warmth and classic Old Florida character to the home. One bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen size bed along with a daybed and pull-out twin trundle, comfortable accommodating up to 4 guests. Both upstairs bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the best outdoor coastal living with plenty of space to relax and gather. The downstairs cover patio features cozy outdoor sofas, patio dining furniture for 8 guests, and a gas BBQ grill perfect for outdoor meals with family and friends. The second-floor terrace offers a peaceful spot to relax with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee at sunrise or unwinding with a sunset view and ocean breeze.

Guest also have access to a storage room stocked with beach supplies, making the beach days easy and convenient. The spacious front yard includes a bocce ball court for added fun and entertainment. Complimentary parking is available for up to two vehicles.

The Beach house is located one block east of A1A on Briny Ave and 6th Street no need to cross a mayor road. Beyond its beautiful beach, Beach House offers within walking distance a vibrant lifestyle filled with flavor. From elegant waterfront restaurant and rooftop lounges to relaxed beachside cafe, local shops, bars, live music, boardwalk, 850 ft pier extending over the sea for great fishing and scenery. Pompano is tranquil, secluded, and peaceful. A great location to practice all beach sports with excellent boating and fishing, accentuated by an offshore living coral reef accessible to scuba divers and snorkelers.
